Abstract
本实用新型关于一种踏步机的结构改良,该结构主要包含:一骨架为一类工字型构造,包含一对倾斜轴在其前端;一对踏板,倾斜且旋转的连接到骨架;一连接装置,能使踏板连锁运动;以及一对旋转装置,分别安置在踏板下方,目的是为了安置及固定中柱。

本实用新型为一种踏步机的结构改良,尤其是一种符合人体工学且可以快速反应及平缓运作的踏步机。
背景技术
在今日工、商、高科技与服务业社会的时代,人人都忙碌于自己的工作、事业,甚少有闲暇时间到户外做运动,而各种型式的健身器材便油然而生,其种类更包括:脚踏健身车、健步机、踏步爬梯机、跑步机等运动器材,上述各式各样的健身器材外观虽有不同,但共通点乃在于具有运动健身及消耗热量的功能,因此,此类健身器材目前极受大众所欢迎。
然而,习知的踏步机使用方法,一般仅是左、右踏板单纯地进行上、下反复运动而已,虽然可达到运动的目的,但是由于作动路径过于僵硬呆板,所以使用者能够运动到的身体部位相当局限,甚至有些使用者也因为单调枯燥的操作型态而丧失其使用意愿;加上部分因为设计不当,而造成使用时引起腰部或身体的伤害;加上习知的踏步机一般体积都较为庞大,因此在收纳或摆放时都较占空间。
因此,如何创作一种更具趣味性、符合人体工学、平缓运作,而且结构简单、组成组件较少的踏步机,便是本创作的目的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要目的是提供一种符合人体工学且可以轻松操作及平缓运作的健康踏步机,并能让使用者能更安全及有效使用该踏步机。
为达上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:踏步机改良结构,重点在于,主要包含有:一骨架,为一类工字型构造,其前端有一倾斜轴,此轴连接有倾斜中枢,由该倾斜中枢接续至支柱;一踏板,其下端连结至支柱,其与骨架成为一连结,且支柱下接续一旋转装置;一连接装置,其是连接拉条,且拉条再接续着倾斜中枢,透过踏板的作动使旋转装置与连接装置能连锁运动;一旋转装置,其装置于踏板下的支柱上,其下枢接中柱一端,中柱另一端则固定在骨架上。
另外,该踏板分别包含一倾斜中枢,旋转的连接到倾斜轴;一对支柱,分别安置在踏板底下,并连接到倾斜中枢;而固定中柱用的旋转装置被安置在踏板下的支柱下方。
该连接装置包含一摆动臂,被旋转的安装在骨架上,以及一对拉条,被旋转的安置在摆动臂的两端,而且分别在踏板的倾斜中枢上。
该旋转装置包含一枢轴孔洞以及两个用于固定中柱的固定孔洞,其中该枢轴孔洞被旋转的安置在踏板下支柱的下方。
该骨架进一步包含一对橡皮带以及握柄,藉由拉长橡皮带来做拉臂运动。
该踏步机进一步包含一码表。
该踏步机进一步包含一标准扶手或把手。
而经本实用新型结构的改良,踏步机的踏板除了可以上下垂直的活动外,而在适当的角度下也能配合身体的移动;除此之外,踏步机的两个踏板以相对而协力的方向相连作用,很多接点也在一个可转动的架构中。
此外,本实用新型也进一步提供一种经济的健康踏步机,有简单的结构和较少的组成组件,在未来收纳与放置上都较为方便。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,图1为本实用新型踏步机的具体图标,包含一骨架1,该骨架为一类工字型构造,一对踏板2,一对中柱3以及一连接装置4。踏步机进一步包含有一码表5,安置在骨架1的顶端。踏板2倾斜下缘枢接支柱21的连接倾斜中枢22架设于骨架1的前端,而配合着身体腿部上下踩动,踏板2将会以一定的角度升起与降低,但在先前的技术中,先前踏步机的踏板枢轴的水平安装,只可以简单的垂直上下移动。但因先前踏步机在垂直运动中的人体工学设计并不恰当,因此较容易伤到腰部并引起身体的伤害。
而本实用新型踏板2的倾斜旋转不只可以运动到腰部,也可以藉由适当的扭转达到保护的效果。其中,中柱3被安置在骨架1和踏板2底侧之间,当作是本实用新型踏步机的阻泥,可以承担身体的重量和踏步的力量。透过与连接装置4的相互作动,使踏板2左右两片能彼此交互动作,达到上下摆动的作用。
请参考图2,本实用新型踏步机的俯视图。如图2a和图2b,骨架1包含有一对倾斜轴11在其前端。踏板2包含有一支柱21、一倾斜中枢22,以及一旋转装置23。倾斜中枢22被枢接倾斜枢轴11结合于骨架1上。支柱21被安装在踏板2下方并且和倾斜中枢22相连接,倾斜中枢22下缘并扣接连接装置4,藉以带动摇摆臂41。而旋转装置23被安装在支柱21的下方,藉以将踏板2及支柱21结合于骨架1上,连接装置4被安置在骨架1类工字型构造,并且与踏板2的倾斜中枢22下缘相连接。当踏板2左右两片相互上下摆动时,因支柱21与旋转装置23三者相互连接,藉以牵引中柱3与倾斜中枢22与连接装置4三者相互连动,达到上下摆动的效果。
请再参考图3和图4,图3里的连接装置4包含一个摆动臂41和一组主要螺丝和螺帽42,一垫圈43,一对拉条44,以及两组杆状螺丝及螺帽45,以及两组枢轴螺丝和螺帽。该连接装置4利用其一组主要螺丝和螺帽42将摆动臂41配合垫圈43锁固设于骨架1的类工字型构造的中间支杆上,摆动臂41两端均各设有一孔洞,将杆状螺丝及螺帽45穿过该孔洞锁固拉条44的一端,拉条44的另一端,则以枢轴螺丝和螺帽46拴在倾斜中枢22的底端。
图4指出本实用新型的旋转装置23。该旋转装置23进一步包含有一个基本的螺丝231和基本的垫圈232,利用基本的螺丝231和基本的垫圈232将旋转装置23安装在踏板2的支柱21下方,而中柱3下缘以一组中柱螺丝和螺帽51与旋转装置23相互连结,当踏板2上下运动时,旋转装置23将使踏板2和中柱3可以平缓的移动,在使用者在踏步机运动时,可将向下施压的力量减轻到中柱3上。另外踏板2上下运动时,因带动支柱21,亦将连带牵引倾斜中枢22,驱使拉条44带动摆动臂41的左右摆动,此时踏步机上的踏板2,将会因连接装置4与中柱3相互作动,而顺利产生上下运动的作用,并能使使用者平缓及轻松完成踏步的运动。
图5中更进一步的具体说明本实用新型踏步机。踏步机进一步包含一对橡皮带6以及一个握柄61,分别位在骨架1的前端,当运动者踏着踏板2可藉由拉长橡皮带6来做拉臂运动。在图6也是本实用新型的另一具体实施例。踏步机进一步包含一标准扶手7,其安装在框架1的前端。标准扶手7包含一把手71可以让手或手臂修习,而码表也装置其上。

Claims (7)
1、一种踏步机改良结构,其特征在于,主要包含有:
一骨架,为一类工字型构造,其前端有一倾斜轴,此轴连接有倾斜中枢,由该倾斜中枢接续至支柱;
一踏板,其下端连结至支柱,其与骨架成为一连结,且支柱下接续一旋转装置;
一连接装置,其是连接拉条,且拉条再接续着倾斜中枢,透过踏板的作动使旋转装置与连接装置能连锁运动;
一旋转装置,其装置于踏板下的支柱上,其下枢接中柱一端,中柱另一端则固定在骨架上。
2、如权利要求1所述的踏步机改良结构,其特征在于,该踏板分别包含一倾斜中枢,旋转的连接到倾斜轴;一对支柱,分别安置在踏板底下,并连接到倾斜中枢;而固定中柱用的旋转装置被安置在踏板下的支柱下方。
3、如权利要求1所述的踏步机改良结构,其特征在于,该连接装置包含一摆动臂,被旋转的安装在骨架上,以及一对拉条,被旋转的安置在摆动臂的两端,而且分别在踏板的倾斜中枢上。
4、如权利要求1所述的踏步机改良结构,其特征在于,该旋转装置包含一枢轴孔洞以及两个用于固定中柱的固定孔洞,其中该枢轴孔洞被旋转的安置在踏板下支柱的下方。
5、如权利要求1所述的踏步机改良结构,其特征在于,该骨架进一步包含一对橡皮带以及握柄,藉由拉长橡皮带来做拉臂运动。
6、如权利要求1所述的踏步机改良结构,其特征在于,该踏步机进一步包含一码表。
7、如权利要求1所述的踏步机改良结构,其特征在于,该踏步机进一步包含一标准扶手或把手。
