本实用新型公开了一种煤矿绞车控制开关,它的主电路由三相电源经隔离换向开关分三路,一路经两只反并联接触器触点、阻容器及电流互感器接到一输出端,二路经接触器触点、阻容及电流互感器接二输出端,三路经变压器、接触器触点及电流互感器接三输出端;控制电路的一单片机输入端与三只电流互感器相连,其串口与二单片机串口相连,二单片机输出端接有继电器,继电器触点串接在接触器回路中,二单片机的输入端接有接触器辅助接点、按钮、转换开关及输入接点,并口与液晶显示模块相连,二单片机有与输入和输出接点。接线简单,事故点少,容易操作和维护,可在机壳外设工作参数,提高了安全性能。适于对煤矿回柱绞车进行控制。

本实用新型涉及一种绞车专用控制开关,尤其适合于对煤矿井下运搬绞车和回柱绞车进行控制的控制开关。
                            背景技术
公知的煤矿井下运搬绞车和回柱绞车进行控制通常采用隔爆型电磁起动器加照明综保,再配接声讯警示装置组成,由于要配备许多设备多,其占地面积大,系统接线复杂,系统事故点多,不易维修;开关设定参数也要打开开关盖子,由内部设定。当系统任何地方出现问题时,都有可能造成停产。
                            发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种煤矿绞车控制开关,该控制开关占地面积小,接线简单,事故点少,容易检修,且可以采用腔体外部按钮设定参数。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该控制开关含主电路和控制电路,主电路由三相电源接到隔离换向开关进线,隔离开关出线分三路,一路经两只反并联接触器触点、阻容器及电流互感器接到一输出端,二路经第三接触器触点、阻容及电流互感器接到二输出端,三路经变压器、接触器触点及电流互感器接到三输出端;控制电路含两单片机,一单片机的输入端与三只电流互感器相连,其串口与二单片机的串口相连,二单片机的输出端接有继电器,继电器的触点串接在接触器线圈和驱动电源的回路中,二单片机的输入端接有接触器的辅助接点、按钮、转换开关及输入接点,并口与液晶显示模块相连。二单片机备有与外界联系的输入接点和输出接点。
本实用新型在一只接触器出现故障或烧毁情况下,仍然可以保持正常工作,且占地面积小,接线简单,事故点减少,容易操作和维护,且可以在机壳外部设定工作参数,提高开关的操作安全性能。适合于对煤矿井下运搬绞车和回柱绞车进行控制。

                          具体实施方式
在图1中,主电路由三相电源接到隔离换向开关QS1进线,隔离换向开关QS1出线分三路。一路经两只反并联接触器触点KM1.1-3和KM2.1-3、阻容器ZR-1及电流互感器TA1.1-TA1.3接到一输出端U1、V1和W1,作为绞车供电电源。二路经第三接触器触点KM3.1-3、阻容ZR-2及电流互感器TA2.1-TA1.3接到二输出端U2、V2和W2,作为绞车备用供电电源。三路经变压器BK2、接触器触点KM4.1-3及电流互感器TA3.1-TA3.3接到三输出端Za、Zb和Zc,作为照明用电源。
控制电路中的单片机MPU2的输入端IN1-9与三只电流互感器TA1-TA3的信号线相连,其串口RS232与单片机MPU1的串口RS232相连。单片机MPU1的输出端接有继电器K1-K5线圈,继电器K1-K5的触点K1.1、K2.1、K3.1、K4.1分别串接在接触器KM1、KM2、KM3、KM4的线圈和驱动电源BK1接点3、4的回路中。单片机MPU1的输入端接有接触器KM1、KM2、KM3的辅助接点、按钮SB1-SB4、3位转换开关SA1,输入接点JD信号。单片机MPU1的并口与液晶显示模块LCDM相连。单片机MPU1、MPU2和液晶显示模块LCDM由开关电源KGD供电。单片机MPU1备有与外界联系的输入接点JD和输出接点OUTX。
所有电路器件均安装布置在一个封闭的金属腔体内部,操作按钮SB及转换开关SA1在腔体外部可以操作。
单片机电路中的串口可以是RS232,也可以是RS485形式,单片机MPU1中的开关量输入口可接2-10只控制按钮,转换开关为3-6位,外部接点信号1-5路。
本实用新型以继电器为输出负载。输入电路为按钮、转换开关和单片机MPU2检测到的负载及照明电流信号。主电路和控制电路为对称形式。控制电路中的单片机系统为双单片机。单片机MPU1的串行端口与单片机MPU2的串行端口对应相连,即发送和接受连,接收与发送连。电流互感器检测负载和照明的电流信号,单片机MPU2通过IN1-IN9采集负载和照明电路电流,然后通过串口将数据传送到单片机MPU1,通过计算得出数据,命令接触器动作,并将数据送到显示器上显示出来。

1.一种煤矿绞车控制开关,该控制开关含主电路和控制电路,主电路由三相电源接到隔离换向开关进线,隔离开关出线分三路,其特征是一路经两只反并联接触器触点、阻容器及电流互感器接到一输出端,二路经第三接触器触点、阻容及电流互感器接到二输出端,三路经变压器、接触器触点及电流互感器接到三输出端;控制电路含两单片机,一单片机的输入端与三只电流互感器相连,其串口与二单片机的串口相连,二单片机的输出端接有继电器,继电器的触点串接在接触器线圈和驱动电源的回路中,二单片机的输入端接有接触器的辅助接点、按钮、转换开关及输入接点,并口与液晶显示模块相连,二单片机备有与外界联系的输入接点和输出接点。
