本实用新型的目的是针对上述缺点，制作一种带护颈护肩壳的上衣。把护颈护肩壳与上衣结合成为一体，颈部或肩部需要休息时，头部向后依靠护颈护肩壳托附，既方使，又舒服。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在上衣的内部或外部，设有用弹性塑料、橡胶等人工合成材料制作的护颈护肩壳。护颈护肩壳的上部设有半圆筒形的护颈垫，护颈护肩壳的下部两侧分别设有拱形的护肩套，半圆筒形的护颈垫和拱形的护肩套可以一体压制，也可以分别压制后结合成为一体。
由于采用本实用新型，把护颈护肩壳与上衣结合成为一体，颈部或肩部需要休息时，头部向后依靠护颈护肩壳，既方使，又舒服。同时，在医疗保健领域，如颈部、肩部的固定医疗也很实用。

实施例2：
