Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种COT表面热电偶,它包括铠装热电偶及焊接导管、接线盒,铠装热电偶装在焊接导管内,焊接导管与接线盒之间还连接有延伸导管。本实用新型可以准确测量炉管表面温度的同时,又能保证热电偶可拆卸和安装性能,进行不停机更换,并且所需安装空间较小等优点。

本实用新型属于一种测量温度的专用仪表。
                           背景技术
现有的表面热电偶装置其测量头为刀刃焊接式或插片焊接式,是将铠装热电偶焊于刀刃或插入到插片并将刀刃焊接在炉管壁上,炉管表面与热电偶冷端存在温度差时,在热电偶冷端两极产生电势差,查相应热电偶分度表或接二次控制或指示仪表,读出被测介质的温度或直接作控制用。一般的表面热电偶很长,需要专门的支架,安装占用额外空间,更换时连刀刃或插片也要一起更换,并且要停机更换,既提高了成本,又增加了更换难度。
                          发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种既能准确测量炉管表面温度,而且可以容易更换,占用空间小的COT表面热电偶。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是一种COT表面热电偶,它包括铠装热电偶及焊接导管、接线盒,铠装热电偶装在焊接导管内,焊接导管与接线盒之间还连接有延伸导管。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的有益效果是,可以准确测量炉管表面温度的同时,又能保证热电偶可拆卸和安装性能,进行不停机更换,并且所需安装空间较小。

                        具体实施方式
附图所示的COT表面热电偶,是由铠装热电偶2及焊接导管3、接线盒7等构成,铠装热电偶2装在焊接导管3内,焊接导管3与接线盒7之间还连接有延伸导管5。
焊接导管3直接焊于炉管1表面,延伸导管5通过连接螺丝3连接至焊接导管3,双口接线盒7和铠装热电偶2用压紧螺丝6通过另一连接螺丝8连接至延伸导管5,适当长度的延伸导管保证接线盒7远离炉管,降低热辐射,铠装热电偶2通过压紧螺丝6用弹簧使其端部与焊接导管端部内侧接触,通过焊接导管3将炉管表面温度传至紧密接触的铠装热电偶2,进行准确测温。
焊接导管3和延伸导管5之间通过连接螺丝3连接。双口接线盒7和延伸导管5之间用压紧螺丝6和另一连接螺丝8连接。热电偶及其接线盒用延伸导管通过连接螺丝连接,降低炉管热辐射对接线端的影响,减少安装空间,实现不停机更换。避开了高流量冲刷,高温温度对测量元件的破坏,氢、硫对热电偶的腐蚀。

Claims (3)

1、一种COT表面热电偶,它包括铠装热电偶(2)及焊接导管(3)、接线盒(7),铠装热电偶(2)装在焊接导管(3)内,其特征是所述的焊接导管(3)与接线盒(7)之间还连接有延伸导管(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的COT表面热电偶,其特征是所述的焊接导管(3)和延伸导管(5)之间通过连接螺丝(6)连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的COT表面热电偶,其特征是所述的双口接线盒(7)和延伸导管(5)之间用压紧螺丝(6)和另一连接螺丝(8)连接。
