具体实施方式    参阅图1。电压比较器由电压互感器T1、时基电路NE555组成,其连接方式是电压互感器初级线圈L1与继电器常闭触点J1-1供插入负载的插座火线端A相串接,插座的零线端B与零线N相连接。电压互感器次级线圈L2与二极管桥式整流电路D1-D4输入端相连接,其输出端与稳压阻容器R1C1相连接,分压电阻R2、R3输出端与NE555时基电路输入端相连接。
