背景技术:
我们知道,PVC管应用很广,为了增加PVC管的柔软性、耐压性能,有的生产厂家在管设有内管,内管的外面设有网状纤维层,网状纤维层外面设有外管,这种管的网状纤维层与内管和外管独立设置,没有粘贴为一体,具有是坚韧性差,抗压性能差,易出现破裂内现象;不结实,内管、外管易起层;不耐久,使用寿命短;柔软性差,易折损。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种坚韧、结实、耐久、柔软全编织粘贴复层管。
本实用新型可以通过如下措施达到:
一种全编织粘贴复层管,设有内管、外管,其特征是内管与外管之间设有纤维布,纤维布经胶层与内管的外管壁相连接,纤维布经胶层与外管的内管壁相连接。
本实用新型由于纤维布分别经胶层与内管、外管相连接,使纤维布与内管外管壁和外管的内管壁进行紧密连接成一体,使其具有更坚韧,把特珠加工的聚酯涤纶线捻度处理后,在管的中间层全面纺织的纤维布制造生产,所以产品的破裂压力非常高;更结实,把PVC层和涤纶纤维布层采用特珠工程粘贴,使管的内、外层没有妥离现象和起层现象;更耐久,经过严格的材料挑选,细微的过滤网处理,产品的使用寿命更长;更柔软,使用捻度处理的涤纶纤维布及最佳的PVC混合比例,产品不仅光滑而且很柔软,特别适用于高压喷雾器、高压清洁器等高压用管。
