本实用新型涉及一种塑料型材，特别是用于制造大口径塑料螺旋管扣板。该扣板的内外板面间等距离设有工字形支撑壁，使扣板内形成等距离封闭式方孔结构。在扣板一侧上设有两个方槽，其底部为凹形；扣板另侧下设有两个方框，其下端为凸形，扣板在螺旋成管时方框与方槽插扣得更严更紧，其双口在粘接剂复式粘接下密封得更好。本实用新型通过塑料挤出机挤出后盘卷起来运到施工现场由缠绕机将其螺旋成所需口径和长度的管材用于流体疏送管路，不但重量轻省料，环刚度还高、抗压力、变形小；扣板运到施工现场螺旋成管，节省运力和运费，方便施工；扣板螺旋成管时双口粘接复式密封，无渗漏，可大量取代钢管和水泥管应用到工农业、环保、城建等行业。

一、技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种塑料型材，特别是用于制造大口径塑料螺旋管扣板。
二、背景技术：近些年，大口径塑料管以体轻、耐腐、阻力小、易安装等优点逐步取代钢管和水泥管用于供排流体管路上。大口径塑料管虽说比钢管和水泥管体轻，但远距离运输也会大量增加施工成本。尤其管材制造厂距施工现场远，运费就很显眼。
三、发明内容：为解决大口径塑料管远距离运输困难，运费高的问题，本实用新型提供一种用塑料挤出机挤出的大口径塑料螺旋管扣板，此扣板盘卷起来运到施工现场由缠绕机将其螺旋成所需口径和长度的管材，既节省运力和运费，又方便施工。本实用新型的内外板面间等距设有工字形支撑壁，使扣板内形成等距离封闭式方孔结构，这样一来省料，二来成管后环刚度高、抗压力、变形小。在扣板一侧上设有两个方槽，方槽底部为凹形；扣板另侧下设有两个方框，方框下端为凸形，扣板在螺旋成管时方框与方槽插扣得更严更紧，其双口在粘合剂复式粘接下密封得会更好。
由于采取上述技术解决方案，本实用新型的有益效果在于：一是扣板内部特殊结构螺旋成管后重量轻，环刚度高、抗压力、变形小；二是扣板间双口粘接复式密封，确保无渗漏；三是扣板可在施工现场螺旋成管，节省运力和运费，方便施工。
