技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种能控温的小型防爆箱,可用于石油勘探仪表的存放,属于储物箱技术领域。
背景技术
在很多情况下,用于石油勘探的仪表不仅要求在比较恶劣的环境中能正常工作,而且还要求能防爆。但是,如果采用具有宽温性能的仪表来担当此任,从成本角度来说是昂贵的。如把常温条件下工作的二次仪表放置在比二次仪表体积稍大的防爆箱体的内腔里,则必须考虑在低温时,二次仪表还能否正常工作。现有的方法将增大防爆箱体的体积,以便能放置二次仪表和加热棒或加热带,这样做使得箱体不仅体积大,而且箱体内受热不均匀,甚至会在局部因温度过高而导致二次仪表的损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是发明一种利用热平衡原理使得箱体内受热均匀,保证二次仪表能正常工作,能控温的小型防爆箱。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种能控温的小型防爆箱,包括防爆箱体、支架、二次仪表,支架设于防爆箱体内,二次仪表设于支架上,其特征在于,在支架下设有测温热电偶,在支架上设有串联的温度继电器;在爆箱体上端设有遮阳板。
所述的测温热电偶表面上设有聚烃硅氧橡胶。
本实用新型利用热平衡原理使得箱体内受热均匀,实现二次仪表的温度控制,从而保证在小型防爆箱体内二次仪表能正常工作。
本实用新型的优点是在小型防爆箱体内二次仪表能正常工作。

实施例
如图1所示,为一种能控温的小型防爆箱,所述的能控温的小型防爆箱体由遮阳板1、防爆箱体2、支架3、二次仪表4,测温热电偶5、温度继电器6、7组成,支架3安装在防爆箱体2内,二次仪表4安装在支架3上,在支架3下贴有测温热电偶5,在支架3上装有串联的温度继电器6、7,在爆箱体2上端安装遮阳板1。
电热器5的表面上粘贴有聚烃硅氧橡胶,该电热器的好处就是超薄,而且能根据支架表面的形状进行裁减,从而保证了电热器表面的空气能被均匀加热,当电热器表面空气被加热后,热空气将上升,冷空气比重大而下降,从而在箱体内形成对流,当箱体内的温度达到一定的值之后,两个串联的常闭温度继电器6和7中的任意一个断开就能让电热器停止加热,这样可以避免温度局部过热而导致二次仪表的损坏,另外,遮阳板1的作用是为了防止箱体在烈日下爆晒后导致箱体内温度过高,从而也能导致二次仪表工作不正常。

1.一种能控温的小型防爆箱,包括防爆箱体(2)、支架(3)、二次仪表(4),支架(3)设于防爆箱体(2)内,二次仪表(4)设于支架(3)上,其特征在于,在支架(3)下设有测温热电偶(5),在支架(3)上设有串联的温度继电器(6、7);在爆箱体(2)上端设有遮阳板(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能控温的小型防爆箱,其特征在于,所述的测温热电偶(5)表面上设有聚烃硅氧橡胶。
