Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种珍珠岩蜂窝板。本实用新型属于材料技术领域。所要解决的技术问题是以蜂窝芯作为密加筋来提高珍珠岩芯块的强度,同时用蜂窝孔来固定填充于其中的珍珠岩,而填充珍珠岩是为了提高节能保温和隔声性能。解决该技术问题的要点,是将与粘结剂、憎水剂搅拌均匀的珍珠岩过饱和地填充入已置入模具内的蜂窝芯孔内,最后加压形成强度高、质轻、阻燃隔音的珍珠岩蜂窝芯块,再与不可燃面板连结。这种珍珠岩蜂窝板中的珍珠岩已由粘结剂粘结,所以这种夹芯板在切割时不会出现散漏。这种珍珠岩蜂窝板的主要用途是制作室内外和房顶的保温板,轻体节能保温隔音的隔墙和冷库等。

技术领域:本使用新型属于材料技术领域。
背景技术:聚苯泡沫塑料、聚氨脂泡沫塑料、聚乙烯泡沫塑料等有机绝热保温材料,虽有极好的隔热性能,但易燃,而岩棉,玻璃棉等无机绝热保温材料,虽有极好的保温防火性能,但有污染,现有的膨胀珍珠岩绝热材料,又隔热,又不燃,质轻,价廉,但强度低,且易散落。
发明内容:本实用新型所要解决的技术问题,就是要既保持珍珠岩隔热保温防火阻燃性能,又大大增加夹芯的抗折强度和现场施工方便易行,解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案的要点是将珍珠岩、与粘结剂、憎水剂等搅拌均匀后过饱和地填充到已置入模具内的蜂窝芯孔内,并加压成珍珠岩蜂窝复合芯块。在该复合芯块的两面覆盖不可燃面板,成为珍珠岩蜂窝板。
蜂窝芯孔的形状可以是六边形,也可以是圆形,或矩形的。蜂窝芯的材质可以是纸的,也可是塑料的或金属的。不可燃面板可以是石膏板、水泥纤维板,硅钙板,菱镁板,金属板。

具体实施方式:
实施例一,如图1、图4所示,本实用新型的珍珠岩蜂窝板,包括六边形蜂窝芯1、与粘结剂、憎水剂搅拌均匀的珍珠岩2、阻燃胶或龙骨3、不可燃面板4和5。具体操作过程是,先在蜂窝芯1的下端面上,用阻燃胶或龙骨3与不可燃面板4连结,然后,从蜂窝芯的上端面的六边形芯孔内,过饱和地填充入已与粘结剂、憎水剂搅拌均匀的珍珠岩2,最后用阻燃胶或龙骨3与不可燃面板5连结。
实施例二,如图2、图4所示,本实用新型的珍珠岩蜂窝板,包括园形管式蜂窝芯1、与粘结剂、憎水剂搅拌均匀的珍珠岩2、阻燃胶或龙骨3、不可燃面板4和5。具体操作过程是,先在蜂窝芯1的下端面上,用阻燃胶或龙骨3与不可燃面板4连结,然后,从蜂窝芯的上端面的园形芯孔内,过饱和地填充入已与粘结剂、憎水剂搅拌均匀的珍珠岩2,最后用阻燃胶或龙骨3与不可燃面板5连结。
实施例三,如图3、图4所示,本实用新型的珍珠岩蜂窝板,包括矩形蜂窝芯1、与粘结剂、憎水剂搅拌均匀的珍珠岩2、阻燃胶或龙骨3、不可燃面板4和5。具体操作过程是,先在蜂窝芯1的下端面上,用阻燃胶或龙骨3与不可燃面板4连结,然后,从蜂窝芯的上端面的矩形芯孔内,过饱和地填充入已与粘结剂、憎水剂搅拌均匀的珍珠岩2,最后用阻燃胶或龙骨3与不可燃面板5连结。
以上实施例一至例三中任一项所述的蜂窝芯的材质,可以是纸,或塑料,或金属,而不可燃面板,可以是石膏板、水泥纤维板、硅钙板、或金属板。

Claims (4)

1.一种珍珠岩蜂窝板,其特征在于该蜂窝板的蜂窝芯与填充于芯孔内的珍珠岩,形成复合芯块,在该复合芯块的两面覆盖不可燃面板。
2.如权利要求1所述的珍珠岩蜂窝板,其特征在于所述的蜂窝芯为六边形蜂窝芯,或为圆形管式蜂窝芯,或为矩形蜂窝芯。
3.如权利要求1所述的珍珠岩蜂窝板,其特征在于覆盖的不可燃面板,可以用粘结剂与复合芯块粘结,也可以用龙骨固定不可燃面板与复合芯块。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项的珍珠岩蜂窝板,其特征在于所述的复合芯两侧覆盖的不可燃面板,可以是石膏板、水泥纤维板、硅钙板、菱镁玻纤板、或金属板。
