以前的射频功率电路大多采用射频信号发生/功率放大电路后连接功率调节电路或者射频信号发生器加信号调节电路连接功率放大电路两种方法。电路比较复杂,射频频率易随温度、负载等的变化而漂移。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种射频稳定,可靠性高的射频发生及功放电路。

一种高频治疗设备射频发生及功放电路,包括有射频信号发生电路,射频信号功率调节电路,功率放大电路,输出端,其特征在于:射频信号发生和射频信号功率调节电路集成在一起,集成在一起的射频信号发生和射频信号功率调节电路的信号输出端连至功率放大电路的输入端,功率放大电路的输出端连接至该设备的输出端。

其中,R20~R27、C20、CY1、CY2、D2、D3、Q4、Q5组成射频振荡电路,R11、R15、R19、C18~C19、D1、Q2、Q3组成调节电路,调节射频振荡电路信号幅度,并经过T1耦合输出;R1~R4、R10~R25、R28~R29、R31~R34、C25~C27、L3、Q1~Q4、Q6~Q9组成推挽式甲乙类功率放大器,Q1~Q4并联,Q6~Q9并联,射频能量通过T2隔离输出。通过调节射频振荡电路信号幅度(及功放电路输入信号)达到调节射频输出功率的目的。
