Abstract

本实用新型涉及空调以水为介质的套管式防冻换能器,它的水分配器中央由压合套压接塑管性材料的水套管,能消除因水介质固化的径向张力,内腔套接高齿螺旋换能管,两头柔性密封连接,能消除因水介质固化的轴向张力。克服寒冷地区在不使用空调情况下,因水冻冰产生的张力对换能器的损坏,实现了换能器利用水为介质的创新,从而使空调的换能器既省能源又减少体积成为现实。

套管式防冻换能器
技术领域  本实用新型涉及空调制冷和供暖交换的换能器,具体是一种适合以液体(水)为交换介质的空调套管式防冻换能器。
背景技术  目前,家用空调市场的换能器都是以空气做交换介质,由于交换介质源温差小,需要消耗大量交换能源,同时,它把高温或低温向室外空间排放转移,形成恶性循环,会引起温室效应。由于空气作为交换介质,因此,换能器的体积很大,制造成本高,占用空间大。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是为了克服空气作为交换介质的换能器所存在的不足,设计提供一种以水为介质的体积小,换能效率高的套管式防冻换能器。
本实用新型为解决已有空调换能器技术不足的问题,所采用的技术方案记述如下,它主要包括有:高齿螺旋换能管,水分配器,水套管,压合套。水分配器内腔套接高齿螺旋换能管,两头由密封圈经锁紧螺钿密封固定连接,水分配器中央连接水套管,水套管同水分配器由压合套固定连接,水分配器两端置有进水口和排水口。
本实用新型的发明技术效果在于:由于水与空气体积比为1∶4000,利用水资源做为换热介质,因此可缩小空调的体积,能够实现现有的分体机合二为一,革除室外机,具有使用方便,降低生产成本的优点。另外个优点是水作为换介质,可提高空调的热交换率,节省能源,还可以用于地源热泵空调,最大限度的将空调产生的冷、热能量输入地下储存,在不同季节实现交替储存和提取循环应用。水分配器的中间接有可塑性纤制成的水套管,能够避免它在寒冷地区或冬季或停机的情况下,分配器中的水结冰而使水分配器破裂损坏,因此,该实用新型的实施有着广泛的市场前景。

具体实施方式  以下,根据附图进一步说明本实用新型的技术内容:水分配器4中央螺纹连接水套管2,该水套管2用塑性材料,如:APS、PPS塑料或内弹簧管制成,通过压合套3采用机械压紧固定,采用强性材料制成的水套管2,能消除或减少水分配器4中水冻冰体积膨胀的径向张力。高齿螺旋换能管1、水分配器4采用同轴心装配,水分配器4的两端同高齿螺旋换能管1连接处由垫接密封圈5和锁紧螺母6柔性密封连接,高齿螺旋换能管1与水分配器4柔性连接能消除因水结冰产生的轴向张力,组装成密闭容器,参阅图1。高齿螺旋换能管1的外壳上有制为一体的螺旋形的散热片1′。水分配器4的进水口9连接供水管,同制冷剂出口8同一端。出水口10连接回水管,同制冷剂入口7同一端。水源从进水口9进入水分配器4内腔与高齿螺旋换能管1的表面形成旋转流动;制冷剂从制冷剂入口7进入,在高齿螺旋换能管1的内壁轴向流动至制冷剂出口8,由此出现全部的逆向热量交换运动,实现高效的能量转换。
本实用新型防冻换能器可以制作成U型,C型,S型或螺旋型,可安装为串联或并联的形式,缩小体积和占用空间。

1.一种套管式防冻换能器,它主要包括有水分配器,高齿螺旋换能管,水套管,压合套,锁紧螺母和密封圈,其特征是水分配器(4)中央螺纹连接的水套管(2)由压合套(3)固定连接,水分配器(4)内腔套接高齿螺旋换能管(1),两头由密封圈(5)和锁紧螺母(6)连接。

3.根据权利要求1所述的套管式防冻换能器,其特征是套管式防冻换能器其形状可为U型或C型或S型或螺旋型。
