如图1至图3所示，本实用新型的一种保健拖鞋，包括鞋底1，鞋底1是由木板层11和防滑层12构成，防滑层12设置在木板层11下，在构成鞋底1的木板层11上部通过胶体粘接有多块表面光滑的按摩凸块2，按摩凸块2采用表面光滑的天然卵石。本实用新型的具体使用方法是直接穿在脚上，通过在站立、散步时人体自身的重量，使按摩凸块2刺激人体的脚底穴位，达到保健按摩效果，使用非常方便。
