本实用新型涉及一种内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆。
背景技术
现有技术中,内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆通常包括缆芯、设置于缆芯外侧的铝套层以及铅包层,而这种内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆应用在户外时,常会受白蚁等动物的啮咬侵害,由于白蚁可咬破铅包层和铝包层,故现有的内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆易被破坏,导致通信中断,而目前有一些电缆采用生物法、药物防治法来防止白蚁侵蚀,但这需要定期地维护,且会造成环境污染,不利于推广应用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防白蚁内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆,其无需定期频繁地维护。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种防白蚁内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯包括聚酯带层、设置于所述的聚酯带层内侧的多组信号线,至少一组信号线为内屏蔽四星线组,所述的缆芯的外侧套有金属铠装层,所述的金属铠装层的外侧套有防白蚁层。
所述的金属铠装层与缆芯之间还设置有铝护套层,所述的铝护套层与金属铠装层之间粘合有第一内护套。
所述的铝护套层的内表面上粘合有第二内护套。
所述的金属铠装层的外表面上粘合有外护套。
所述的内屏蔽四星线组包括相绞合的四根单线、纵向包在所述的四根单线外侧的屏蔽层、粘合在所述的屏蔽层外侧的塑料护套层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:在金属铠装层的外侧另设防白蚁层,该防白蚁层的强度硬,可防止白蚁等动物啮咬,这种方法环保性较强,可防止环境污染,且无需定期地喷洒药物,使用比较方便。

具体实施方式
参见附图1所示,一种防白蚁内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯包括聚酯带层7、设置于所述的聚酯带层7内侧的多组信号线,至少一组信号线为内屏蔽四星线组8。参见附图2所示,所述的内屏蔽四星线组8包括相绞合的四根单线10、纵向包在所述的四根单线10外侧的屏蔽层12、粘合在所述的屏蔽层12外侧的塑料护套层9,四根单线10绞合后用聚酯扎纱带11扎紧,绞合在一起的四根单线10组成四星线组,即其纵截面呈星形。
所述的缆芯的外侧套有金属铠装层3,所述的金属铠装层3的外侧套有防白蚁层1。
所述的金属铠装层3与缆芯之间还设置有铝护套层5,所述的铝护套层5与金属铠装层3之间粘合有第一内护套4,所述的铝护套层5的内表面上粘合有第二内护套6,所述的金属铠装层3的外表面上粘合有外护套2。第一内护套4、第二内护套6、外护套2为塑料材质,第一内护套4、第二内护套6分别通过挤塑的加工方式与铝护套层5相粘合连接,外护套2也通过挤塑的方式粘合在金属铠装层3的外表面,外护套2与防白蚁层1相粘结,第二内护套6与聚酯带层7也相粘结。
防白蚁层1通常采用尼龙塑料(一种专用的工程塑料)材料制成,其强度较硬,耐磨耐侵蚀,可防止白蚁等动物啮咬破坏,对缆芯起保护作用,以保障内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆的完整无损,提高数字信号和模拟信号传输通道的安全性和可靠性,且无需定期频繁的维护,使用比较方便。

1、一种防白蚁内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯包括聚酯带层(7)、设置于所述的聚酯带层(7)内侧的多组信号线,至少一组信号线为内屏蔽四星线组(8),所述的缆芯的外侧套有金属铠装层(3),其特征在于:所述的金属铠装层(3)的外侧套有防白蚁层(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防白蚁内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆,其特征在于:所述的金属铠装层(3)与缆芯之间还设置有铝护套层(5),所述的铝护套层(5)与金属铠装层(3)之间粘合有第一内护套(4)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的防白蚁内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆,其特征在于:所述的铝护套层(5)的内表面上粘合有第二内护套(6)。
4、根据权利要求2所述的防白蚁内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆,其特征在于:所述的金属铠装层(3)的外表面上粘合有外护套(2)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的防白蚁内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆,其特征在于:所述的内屏蔽四星线组(8)包括相绞合的四根单线(10)、纵向包在所述的四根单线(10)外侧的屏蔽层(12)、粘合在所述的屏蔽层(12)外侧的塑料护套层(9)。
