背景技术
中国专利98213674.9公开了一种题为“连续多层复合增强塑料管”。该塑料管外壁层和内壁层之间架有一层金属网编制构成,它可用于石油、化工、建筑相关行业的腐蚀性液体的输送和排放,使用压力最高达25MPa,但由于构成的基础结构简单塑料复合时只加一层钢丝编织网,因此达不到油田管的使用压力要求,当输送的油、水,排放压力超过25MPa时,管道局部时有发生破损,腐蚀性液体将会漏出渗入钢丝和塑料管中间造成大面积钢丝腐蚀,使管道使用寿命大大降低。

为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的塑钢复合耐高压油田专用管,其内壁管(1)和外壁管(6)是用高压交联聚乙烯制成,在内壁管(1)外壁有尼龙纤维编织层(2),编织层外壁涂复密封层(3),密封层(3)外壁复合包覆层(4),在包覆层(4)的外壁加钢铠缠绕层(5),外壁管(6)套在钢铠缠绕层(5)外壁加热复合。

本实用新型设计的塑钢复合耐高压油田专用管,增强层用尼龙纤维、钢丝、钢铠多层编织缠绕,在层与层之间用热熔密封胶粘接,在现场施工时,可根据施工要求,生产出连续长的耐高压油田专用管。

本实用新型设计的塑钢复合耐高压油田专用管,耐压能力达34Mpa,内层光滑不结垢、不堵、不结蜡、塑料管防腐使用寿命能达30年,从而大大节约油田的采油成本,而且保证采油的质量,系统维修方便,施工简单。

1、一种塑钢复合耐高压油田专用管,其特征在于内壁管(1)和外壁管(6)是用高压交联聚乙烯制成,在内壁管(1)外壁有尼龙纤维编织层(2),编织层外壁涂复密封层(3),密封层(3)外壁复合包覆层(4),在包覆层(4)的外壁加钢铠缠绕层(5),外壁管(6)套在钢铠缠绕层(5)外壁加热复合。
