技术领域  本实用新型属于心内手术医疗器具技术领域,涉及一种心脏手术使用的心内负压吸引射频探头。
背景技术  目前,临床在心脏手术体外循环下进行射频消融术时,心内的积血对射频消融治疗的术野有一定的影响,为此,操作时需要额外用负压吸引器吸除积血。负压吸引器只能吸除低凹处积血,对射频术野部位的积血吸除的不理想。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种能最有效地吸除射频术野部位的积血、保证射频效果、使用方便可靠的心内负压吸引射频探头,以克服现有技术的不足。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型心内负压吸引射频探头,包括探头、探杆、手柄,探杆与手柄连为一体,探头上设有金属射频电极和负压吸引孔;探杆及手柄呈中空结构,内设导线和负压吸引管,导线与探头上的电极连接,负压吸引管与负压吸引孔连通;导线外接射频仪,负压吸引管外接负压吸引器。
本实用新型使用方便可靠,在探头上设有负压吸引孔,行心内射频消融术时,最能有效的吸除射频电极部位的积血,从而保证射频效果;不需要额外用负压吸引器吸除积血,减少了手术操作步骤,节省了手术时间。是一种较为理想的心内射频消融手术器具,可以广泛用于临床。

行心内射频消融术时,将探头9与心内膜接触,开通压吸引器1,将血液从负压吸引孔8吸出,并经负压吸引管4流出,从而保证射频电极7处术野清晰,即可开通射频开关,行射频消融。
