本实用新型公开了一种承重复合保温砌块,由砌块主体和面层组成,主体材质包括水泥、砂和石子,空心内填充料包括混凝土、粉煤灰;砌块主体平行交叉设有两排一长、一短四个长条形空心,面层呈光滑面状,左、右两侧面分别呈凹槽状;空心内填充料中还设有聚苯乙烯颗粒、农作物秸杆粉和发泡颗粒。本实用新型砌块面层呈光滑面状,所以厚薄均匀,受外力撞击面层不易损坏,若外表面需贴外墙砖或抹平只需少量水泥等建筑材料即可;由于空心内填充料中设有聚苯乙烯颗粒、农作物秸杆粉和发泡颗粒,使主体容重大大减轻;又由于主体平行交叉设有两排一长、一短四个长条形空心,保温层为双层结构,保温效果理想,而且隔声,是一种理想的外墙体承重复合保温砌块。

技术领域  本实用新型属于建筑墙体材料技术领域,涉及一种建筑保温承重外墙体用的砌块,特别是涉及一种承重复合保温砌块。
背景技术  现有技术的混凝土保温砌块,由双空心切块主体和面层组成,面层为凹凸或条纹劈裂状,其材质由水泥、砂或石子构成,在切块双空心内填充粉煤灰保温材料。这种结构的混凝土保温砌块,容量较重,虽具有一定的保温作用,但由于双空心保温层处于同一层面,所以保温效果不是很理想;又由于其面层为凹凸或条纹劈裂状,厚薄不均,若受外力撞击面层易损,若外表面需贴外墙砖或抹平则需要消耗大量的水泥等建筑材料。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种容量轻、面层厚薄均匀光滑、保温效果好的承重复合保温砌块,以弥补现有技术的不足。
本实用新型承重复合保温砌块,由砌块主体和面层组成,主体材质包括水泥、砂和石子,空心内填充料包括混凝土、粉煤灰;其要点是砌块主体平行交叉设有两排一长、一短四个长条形空心,面层呈光滑面状,左、右两侧面分别呈凹槽状;为降低砌块主体容重和提高保温效果,所说空心内填充料中还设有聚苯乙烯颗粒、农作物秸杆粉和发泡颗粒。
本实用新型砌块面层呈光滑面状,所以厚薄均匀,受外力撞击面层不易损坏,若外表面需贴外墙砖或抹平只需要少量的水泥等建筑材料即可;由于空心内填充料中设有聚苯乙烯颗粒、农作物秸杆粉和发泡颗粒,使主体容重大大减轻;又由于主体平行交叉设有两排一长、一短四个长条形空心,保温层为双层结构,保温效果理想,而且隔声,是一种理想的外墙体承重复合保温砌块。

具体实施方式  根据附图,本实用新型承重复合保温砌块,由砌块主体3和面层1、6组成,主体材质包括水泥、砂和石子,空心内填充料包括混凝土、粉煤灰;砌块主体3平行交叉设有两排一长、一短四个长条形空心4、2,面层1、6呈光滑面状,左、右两侧面7、5分别呈凹槽状;空心内填充料中还设有聚苯乙烯颗粒、农作物秸杆粉和发泡颗粒。
