Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种广角摄像镜头,其主要特点是由五片透镜、光阑组成。基于反摄远型物镜的基础从物方数起,第一片和第二片均为弯月负透镜,使轴外光束经负透镜后与主轴倾斜角大大减小,扩大了视场角。后组三片物镜,提高了相对孔径,使像面照度下降缓慢,达到基本均匀,具有可改善成像,成像清晰度高,照度均匀,可降低成本,性能优良等显著优点。

本实用新型属于光学仪器技术领域,是一种广角摄像镜头。
背景技术:
现有的广角摄像镜头存在着成像清晰度低,视场的边像有暗角,且这种广角摄像镜头还主要来源于进口,其所选用的材料价格高,因此,存在着价格昂贵,产品质量不能满足要求等不足。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种成像清晰、照度均匀、成本低的广角摄像镜头。
为达上述目的,本实用新型所采取的主要技术方案是:具有镜座,端盖,其特征是在镜座内设置有五片物镜和一固定光阑,基于反摄远型物镜的基础上从物方数起,第一片物镜和第二片物镜匀为弯月负透镜,使轴外光束经负透镜后与主轴倾斜角大大减小,后组为三片物镜,物镜三为双凸正透镜,物镜四为双凸正透镜,物镜五为凸凹负透镜,其中五四两片物镜之间设有胶合面,固定光阑位于物镜二与物镜三之间。三片后组,提高了相对孔径。使视场照度均匀。
光学特性:焦距F=2.8mm,视场角2W=122°,相对孔径F=2.5,后截距LF=5.3mm。上述物镜、固定光阑满足以下数据:

按照上述方案制成的短焦大视场摄像镜头,光学传递函数MTF值在空间频率为60lp/mm时,中心达到0.6,边缘达到0.3。视场可达明亮效果,视场边缘相对照度大于60%,具有可改善成像,成像清晰度高,照度均匀,可降低成本,性能优良等显著优点。

具体实施方式:
参见图1,本实用新型短焦大视场摄像镜头包括:端盖1,镜座2,隔圈3,隔圈4,物镜五5,物镜四6,物镜三7,物镜二8,物镜一9。其中物镜一9,物镜二8,物镜三7,物镜四6,物镜五5通过隔圈3,隔圈4装在镜座2内,物镜一9的前端装有端盖1,物镜四6与物镜五5之间采用光敏胶粘合。
参见图2,从物方开始,物镜一9和物镜二8为弯月负透镜,位于镜头的始端;物镜三7为双凸正透镜,物镜四6为双凸正透镜,物镜五5为凸凹负透镜,所说的光阑为于物镜二8与物镜三7之间。
