现有的木工用木螺钉,结构包括带槽的钉盖,带螺纹的钉体和带螺旋纹的圆锥状钉尖,木工在用来固定家具时,需用工具将木螺钉先定位,再拧进家具中。定位时,一般采用三种方法,一是将木螺钉钉尖对应被固定位置用锤击定位,定位虽简单,但由于钉尖有螺旋纹,不便观察,锤击阻力大,家具易被定裂,虚位大,固定件易松动;二是先用圆钉钉尖对应被固定位置用锤击定孔,拨出圆钉,再拧入木螺钉,虽无虚位,但费事费工;三是先用电钻打孔,拨出电钻,再拧入木螺钉,定位虽快,但需用电,易虚位大,固定件易松动。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种定位简单方便,不易有虚位的木工用木螺钉。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是,对现有的木工用木螺钉加以改进,即将带螺旋纹的圆锥状钉尖改为无螺旋纹的棱锥状钉尖。结构包括:带槽的钉盖,带螺旋纹的钉体,呈棱锥状的钉尖,构成本实用新型的一种木螺钉。
本实用新型的这种木螺钉,与现有的木螺钉相比,由于将带螺旋纹的圆锥状钉尖改为不带螺旋纹的棱锥状钉尖,所以具有定位简单、方便、快捷,拧入速度不受影响,不产生虚位和裂口等优点。
