本实用新型的构成：由固定套、被套连接绳、固定绳、固定扣、挂钩、布条和合叶吊边组成，固定套1由布包橡皮筋围成四方框形，在固定套1的三方布包橡皮筋上方安装固定扣8，下方安装合叶吊边3，在固定套1的四角下方安装固定绳9，在布条4下方安装固定扣6，固定扣6与固定扣8之间由布包橡皮筋被套连接绳2连接。
在布包橡皮筋被套连接绳2两端分别安装挂钩5和挂钩7，挂钩5钩在固定扣8上，挂钩7钩在固定扣6上。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型结构简单，成本低廉，它能将被套通过被套三边上的布条以及布条上的固定扣，由被套连接绳拉接在固定套上，能使被套固定，儿童睡觉时不会把被子踢开，使儿童睡觉时不会着凉，大人也不会因经常给儿童盖被子而烦脑，同时可保障大人的睡眠，有利于大人和儿童的身体健康。
