本实用新型是一种新型的外转子式发电机风轮,可有效解决风力发电机的发电问题,其解决的技术方案是,风轮壳上装固位支撑,固位支撑外端上装有风轮叶,风轮壳上下壁中心装有轴承,轴承装有带穿线孔或引线槽的固定轴,本实用新型结构简单,易生产和安装使用,改变了现有风轮的安装使用形式,风轮壳既作风叶的支撑面,又为外转子式风能发电机的转子体,外壳风叶是转子的构成部分,散热效果好,贯性大,风轮易于转动,低风速下即可发电,发电效率高,配合储电器,可实现全天候供电。

一、技术领域
本实用新型是涉及一种发电机风轮,特别是一种外转子式发电机风轮。
二、背景技术
随着经济的繁荣与发展,社会用电量急剧增加,缺电少电已是世界性的问题,电能的短缺还有加重之趋势,为开辟新的能源,风能发电为人们所重视,并且已有一定程度的应用。但目前所用的风力发电机多为内转子式,其风轮是装在转子轴上,由于风轮是内转子式风轮,风轮转动力短小,整机散热条件差,不利于风力发电机的发电效率提高,造成能源浪费,而且只能在大风力下工作,供电时间和供电量满足不了人们日常生活中对供电的需要,因此,提供新的风力发电机风轮势在必行。
三、实用新型内容
针对上述情况,本实用新型之目的就是提供一种新型的外转子式发电机风轮,可有效解决风力发电机的发电问题,其解决的技术方案是,风轮壳上装固位支撑,固位支撑外端上装有风轮叶,风轮壳上下壁中心装有轴承,轴承装有带穿线孔或引线槽的固定轴,本实用新型结构简单,易生产和安装使用,改变了现有风轮的安装使用形式,风轮壳既作风叶的支撑面,又为外转子式风能发电机的转子体,外壳风叶是转子的构成部分,散热效果好,贯性大,风轮易于转动,低风速下即可发电,发电效率高,配合储电器,可实现全天候供电,为风能的开发应用开辟了新的光明前景。

五、具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作详细说明。
由图1所示,本实用新型是风轮壳2上装有固位支撑3,固位支撑3外端上装有风轮叶6,风轮壳2上下壁中心装有轴承7,轴承内装有固定轴4;为了防止灰尘和雨水进入轴承和发电机内,固定轴4上端在风轮壳2上装有上盖1;为其使用安装方便,固定轴4为具有阻磁作用的空心轴或有刻槽5的槽式轴,空心或刻槽5内穿装电流引线;风轮叶6为弧面形或适于转动的其他形状。
使用时,风轮壳构成外转子式风力发动机的外壳式转子组成要件,固定轴与定子绕圈绕阻构成定子,安装于风力发电机固定座上。由其结构可以看出,本实用新型风轮既是风力发电机风轮,又是发电机转子的一部分,结构独特而新颖,风轮由因位支撑和风轮壳(即电机外壳)牢固定位,支撑风叶角度不变,散热效果好,贯性大,非常有利于风轮的转动,在风力发电机上再装配储电器,可实现全天候供电,试用效果非常好,完全可以满足日常生活中室内照明、看电视和工作学习的照明灯及其他家用电器等之用,本实用新型成本低,易生产安装,为风能的开发及风力发电机的普及和使用开拓广阔的市场,经济和社会效益巨大。
还要指出的是,本实用新型不但适用于外转子式风力发电机,还适用于内转子式风力发电机,所不同之是在于风轮固定的形式不同,对于内转子式发电机,本实用新型是直接装在固定轴上的,并非为机壳上,但风轮结构实质是一样的,均是本实用新型的保护范围。

1、一种外转子式发电机风轮,其特征在于是,风轮壳(2)上装有固位支撑(3),固位支撑(3)外端上装有风轮叶(6),风轮壳(2)上下壁中心装有轴承(7),轴承内装有固定轴(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的外转子式发电机风轮,其特征在于,所说的,固定轴(4)上端在风轮壳(2)上装有上盖(1)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的外转子式发电机风轮,其特征在于,所说的,固定轴(4)为具有阻磁作用的空心轴或有刻槽(5)的槽式轴,空心或刻槽(5)内穿装电流引线。
4、根据权利要求1所述的外转子式发电机风轮,其特征在于,所说的,风轮叶(6)为弧面形。
