背景技术
现有的由外槽轮式排肥器漏斗、中间输肥接管、施肥器构成的施肥机构是当前使用最为广泛的施肥机构。该类施肥机构结构简单、操作方便。但是,上于中间输肥接管是用薄铁片螺旋绕制而成,不仅制作成本较高,而且在排肥作业时,中间输肥接管颤动大,有时弯曲变形,造成施肥不稳定,甚至产生堵肥故障;同时由于化肥的腐蚀性,对由薄铁片螺旋绕制的中间输肥接管腐蚀性很大,影响了其寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有外槽轮式施肥机构存在的问题和不足,而提供一种新型施肥连接装置。达到排施化肥稳定性好,延长中间输肥接管寿命的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该种施肥连接装置,它连接于排肥器与施肥器之间,其特征在于,该连接装置由材质为透明塑料的上输肥接管、下输肥接管组成,上输肥接管插接于下输肥接管内,上输肥接管上口包容排肥器的下端出料漏斗口并固定在漏斗口上,下输肥接管的下口插入施肥器内。
本实用新型的有益效果是:克服了已有薄铁片螺旋绕制的中间输肥接管制做成本高、易腐蚀、作业时颤动大、易弯曲变形和防风性能差、不易观察排肥过程的弊病,具有结构简单、造价低廉、调整方便、排施化肥性能可靠、监视施肥过程方便、防风节肥的特点。

具体实施方式
如图。施肥连接装置涉及排肥器1、上输肥接管2、下输肥接管3和施肥器4等部分。其排肥器1外壳体下端制成漏斗状,该漏斗状的排肥出口方向与垂直方向形成一个夹角,该夹角与施肥器4施肥方向保持一致,上、下输肥接管2、3均由带有适当弹性和硬度的透明塑料管制做,上输肥接管2的上端与排肥器1的外壳体下端漏斗口紧固套接,并将漏斗口包容,上输肥接管2的下端插入下输肥接管3上端管孔内,下输肥接管3沿着上输肥接管2可上下移动、伸缩,下输肥接管3下端插入施肥器4内,至此构成本施肥连接装置。作业使用时,排肥器1将化肥通过外槽轮、外壳体下端漏斗出口,经上、下输肥接管2、3,进入施肥器4内,并施入土壤中。调整施肥器4的固定位置,改变施肥深度时,下输肥接管3沿上输肥接管2移动,即可完成。
