Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种光学棱镜的结构改进。该棱镜包括透明材料制成的镜体,所述镜体为片状,一面平整光洁,另一面制有规则的细微三角形沟槽,截面呈锯齿状。本实用新型实质上将原先的三棱镜“化整为零”,由一个个细微的小三棱镜取代。这样,当物体的影像投射到微棱镜的光洁面时,将由另一面的一个个细微小三棱镜折射到所需光路上,形成与现有三棱镜相同的光学折射效果。由于本实用新型以片状结构取代了三棱柱结构,体积大大减小,因此可以使采用本实用新型的光学仪器结构十分紧凑,应用更为灵活。

本实用新型涉及一种光学元器件,尤其是一种光学棱镜的结构改进。
背景技术
棱镜的主要作用是折射成像,在各种光学仪器中应用普遍。现有棱镜基本由三棱柱状的透明材料制成,组装时占据较大空间,因此使许多光学仪器体积较大,推广应用受到限制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,通过对镜体结构的改进,提出一种体积小巧的光学微棱镜,从而可以减小光学仪器的空间尺寸,使其应用更为灵活便捷。
为了达到以上目的,本实用新型的光学微棱镜包括透明材料制成的镜体,其特征在于:所述镜体为片状,一面平整光洁,另一面制有规则的细微三角形沟槽,截面呈锯齿状。
可以认为,本实用新型实质上将原先的三棱镜“化整为零”,由一个个细微的小三棱镜取代。这样,当物体的影像投射到微棱镜的光洁面时,将由另一面的一个个细微小三棱镜折射到所需光路上,形成与现有三棱镜相同的光学折射效果。尤其是,当细微三角形沟槽的间隔尺寸达到纳米级时,本实用新型可以获得与现有棱镜相同的成像清晰度。
由于本实用新型以片状结构取代了三棱柱结构,体积大大减小,因此可以使采用本实用新型的光学仪器结构十分紧凑,应用更为灵活。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例为一种应用于指纹识别器中的光学微棱镜如图1所示,多边形的片状镜体由透明有机玻璃制成,中部的椭圆处一面平整光洁,另一面制有规则的细微等腰三角形沟槽。其截面如图2所示,呈锯齿状,形成一个个细微的小三棱镜。小三棱镜的高度B和宽度A(等于三角形沟槽的深度和间距)均在10-100纳米范围,顶角为110°。
当将手指揿压在光洁椭圆面上时,将由另一面的一个个细微小三棱镜折射到所需光路上,实现指纹成像。由于三角形沟槽的尺寸达到纳米级,因此十分精细,光学折射成像效果与现有棱镜一样清晰,而其体积却大大减小。
除上述实施例外,本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。

1.一种光学微棱镜,包括透明材料制成的镜体,其特征在于:所述镜体为片状,一面平整光洁,另一面制有规则的细微三角形沟槽,截面呈锯齿状。
2、如权利要求1所述的光学微棱镜,其特征在于:所述三角形沟槽的间隔尺寸为纳米级。
3、如权利要求2所述的光学微棱镜,其特征在于:所述三角形沟槽为等腰三角形沟槽,其深度和间距在10-100纳米范围,顶角为110°。
