背景技术
通常分子蒸馏器上用的密封装置采用的是机械密封方式，使用压力≤0.6Mpa。该产品在高真空状态下密封不严、润滑油容易泄露，污染产品，维修费工费时。
发明内容
本发明目的是要解决分子蒸馏器蒸馏过程密封不严、润滑油污染产品问题。
一种分子蒸馏器用的密封装置，其特征在于将以往机械密封方式改为磁密封结构，密封装置由电机1、外磁钢2、隔离罩3、内磁钢4组成。电机1连接外磁钢2，外磁钢2连接内磁钢4，内磁钢4和外磁钢2之间设有隔离罩3，运转过程中电机1带动外磁钢2旋转、外磁钢2带动内磁钢4旋转、内磁钢4通过传动轴将动力传送给分子蒸馏装置。
磁密封方式用静密封取代动密封，使分子蒸馏器处于完全密封状态，消除了泄露，使分子蒸馏器始终保持高真空状态，并彻底解决了润滑油污染产品问题，且省工省时。

密封装置由电机1、外磁钢2、隔离罩3、内磁钢4组成。运转过程中电机1带动外磁钢2旋转、外磁钢2带动内磁钢4旋转、内磁钢4通过传动轴将动力传送给分子蒸馏装置。
