Abstract

背景技术
随着能源的日益短缺，人类节能意识的增强，建筑物的墙体保温在建筑领域中备受关注。由混凝土墙板外贴砌复合砌块构成的复合墙体在当前的复合墙体中占主流地位，但这种墙体复合砌块层和混凝土墙板结合脆弱，易成片脱离，使整体强度较弱的砌块层失去混凝土板的强度补充，降低了墙体保温层抗震动和耐撞击的能力，甚至存在倒塌的危险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工业与民用建筑复合墙体，克服现有的混凝土墙板贴砌复合砌块形式的复合墙体存在的上述缺点。
本实用新型的墙体包括现有的混凝土墙板和复合砌块层，所作的改进是墙体上分布有穿过复合砌块层并固定在混凝土墙板上的胀钉。
本实用新型的积极效果是通过胀钉对混凝土板和复合砌块层的拉结，提高了墙体的整体性，使混凝土板的高强度充分补充到复合砌块层中，提高了复合砌块层的坚固性，消除了现有的这种复合墙体存在的较突出的缺点。

具体实施方式
同现有技术一样安装混凝土墙板1和砌筑保温砌块层2，制做长度大于砌块厚度50-70mm，结构形式相同于现有的家装用的紧固件的塑料胀钉3，在每次砌筑三层复合砌块时，在复合砌筑层上端面位置的混凝土板上钻孔，各孔的横向距为在800-1000mm。将胀钉前部插入孔中，后部置于复合砌块层上，拧紧胀钉的挤胀螺钉，再继续向上砌筑复合保温砌块，当砌筑到设定高度时，重复钻孔、埋钉过程。

1、一种工业与民用建筑复合墙体，包括现有的混凝土墙板(1)和复合砌块层(2)，其特征是墙体上分布有穿过复合砌块层并固定在混凝土墙板上的胀钉(3)。
