Abstract

一种耕整机的滚田装置，它采用的技术方案是：前牵引杆的前端可与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接，后牵引杆的前端可与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接，后牵引杆的前端可与前牵引杆的后端固定连接，座位架固定在后牵引杆的后端，座位固定在座位架上，滚架固定在后牵引杆的后端，滚活动固定在滚架上。该耕整机的滚田装置与耕整机配套使用，既可以作坐耕式，又可以作步耕式，结构简单，滚田效率高。

背景技术
目前，公知的耕整机的滚田装置分为坐耕式与步耕式两种，坐耕式的坐位安装在牵引杆的中部，滚田效率不高，不能打烂泥田，步耕式的不能打硬田。
发明内容
为了克服现有的耕整机的滚田装置不能既可以坐耕又可以步耕的不足，本实用新型提供一种耕整机的滚田装置，该耕整机的滚田装置既可以坐耕，又可以步耕，滚田效率高。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：前牵引杆的前端可与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接，后牵引杆的前端既可以与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接，又可以与前牵引杆的后端固定销连接，后牵引杆的后端固定一个座位架，滚架固定在后牵引杆的后端，滚活动固定在滚架上。作坐耕式使用时，前牵引杆与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接，后牵引杆的前端与前牵引杆的后端固定连接，在座位架上安装一个座位。由于机手坐在滚的正上方，机手的身体完全压在滚上，大幅度提高了滚田效率。作步耕式使用时，后牵引杆的前端与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接，取下座位。该耕整机的滚田装置既可以作坐耕式使用，又可以作步耕式使用，结构简单，滚田效率高，与耕整机配套使用。
本实用新型的有益效果是，既可以作坐耕式使用，又可以作步耕式使用，滚田效率高，结构简单。

在图1中，牵引杆(1)的前端可与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接，牵引杆(2)的前端与牵引杆(1)的后端固定连接，牵引杆(2)的前端可与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接。座位架(3)固定在牵引杆(2)的后端，座位(4)固定在座位架(3)上，滚架(5)固定在牵引杆(2)的后端，滚(6)活动固定在滚架(5)上。
在图2所示的牵引杆(1)的第一个实施例中，牵引杆(1)的前端制一个垂直销套(7)，牵引杆(1)的后端制一个垂直销套口(8)。
在图3所示的牵引杆(1)的第二个实施例中，牵引杆(1)的前端制一个垂直销套口(9)，牵引杆(1)的后端制一个垂直销套(10)。
在图4所示的牵引杆(2)的第一个实施例中，牵引杆(2)的前端制一个垂直销套口(11)，垂直销套口(11)与牵引杆(1)的后端的垂直销套(10)配套。
在图5所示的牵引杆(2)的第二个实施例中，牵引杆(2)的前端制一个垂直销套(12)，垂直销套(12)与牵引杆(1)的后端的垂直销套口(8)配套。

1、一种耕整机的滚田装置，包括牵引杆(1)、牵引杆(2)、滚(6)，其特征在于：牵引杆(1)的前端可与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接，牵引杆(2)的前端可与耕整机作水平旋转活动的销连接，牵引杆(2)的前端可与牵引杆(1)的后端固定连接，座位架(3)固定在牵引杆(2)的后端，滚架(5)固定在牵引杆(2)的后端，滚(6)活动固定在滚架(5)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的耕整机的滚田装置，其特征在于：牵引杆(1)的前端制一个垂直销套(7)，牵引杆(1)的后端制一个垂直销套口(8)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的耕整机的滚田装置，其特征在于：牵引杆(1)的前端制一个垂直销套口(9)，牵引杆(1)的后端制一个垂直销套(10)。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的耕整机的滚田装置，其特征在于：牵引杆(2)的前端制一个垂直销套(11)，垂直销套口(11)与牵引杆(1)的后端的垂直销套(10)配套。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的耕整机的滚田装置，其特征在于：牵引杆(2)的前端制一个垂直销套(12)，垂直销套(12)与牵引杆(1)的后端的垂直销套口(8)配套。
