Abstract

一种绝热反射膜,具有不透水的基层,其基层是一层或两层气垫膜,气垫膜的两面分别通过胶粘剂层热压复合一层普通镀铝膜或覆塑镀铝膜。本实用新型将镀铝膜的反射性能和气垫膜的隔热保温性能结合在一起,坚固耐用、安装简便、抗老化、耐穿刺、不吸潮、不收缩、美观、减震、抗压、柔顺,用途广泛,可用于建筑业和包装业,可用作建筑物的墙体、屋面、地面和官道,使建筑物冬暖夏凉,从而提高居住环境的舒适度,达到节能的目的。

绝热反射膜
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑物围护结构或包装品的覆盖膜,特别是一种具有保温隔热功能的覆盖膜。
二、背景技术
目前,用于屋顶保温隔热的材料种类较多,主要有水泥膨胀蛭石、水泥膨胀珍珠聚氨酯泡沫塑料和聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料等。这些材料或在施工时吸收环境中的水分,水分在短期内无法排除,引起屋面热工性能降低,或耐紫外线辐射性能较差,易老化。在地板低温辐射采暖中,隔热材料采用3cm的铝箔聚苯乙烯复合板,该产品使建筑物的使用层高缩短、造价增加。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用途广泛,隔热保温、性能优良,造价低廉的绝热反射膜,既可隔热、保温、又具有防水功能。
三、发明内容
为了解决现有建筑材料在建筑节能领域出现的上述背景技术里的不足,本实用新型提供一种绝热反射膜,能有效地解决目前存在的问题,并能得到广泛的应用。
本实用新型的技术方案:基层是选用不透水的气垫膜,气垫膜的两面分别经胶粘剂层热压复合一层镀铝膜。为了保证气垫膜与镀铝膜很好地复合,不出现离层现象。首先要采用质量好的镀铝膜;其次选用合适的胶粘剂,这是解决镀铝层转移的最有效方法,在复合镀铝膜时,选用分子量稍大、分子量分布比较均匀、溶剂释放性好、涂布性能佳的胶粘剂;然后减少熟化时间,采用高温短时的熟化方式,一般熟化温度在50℃左右。这样就克服了复合时产生地离层现象,就能利用气垫膜的防水与隔热,镀铝膜的反射性能,从而使本实用新型达到隔热保温、防水的功能。
上述镀铝膜是普通镀铝膜或覆塑镀铝膜。
上述气垫膜基层是一层或两层。
上述的两层气垫膜之间热压复合一层胶粘剂。
上述气垫膜的气泡直径为3~20mm。
上述镀铝膜的厚度为10~20μm。
上述覆塑镀铝膜覆塑层的厚度为0.8~60μm。
本实用新型的技术参数如下:白光反射率大于等于80%,0.3Mpa,3min不透水,厚度约为2~6mm;布重≥0.19kg/m2;导热系数≤0.035W/m·K;初始抗拉强度≥3.2N/mm;紫外线照射250h后的保持率≥50%;-30℃下,30min无裂纹。
本实用新型的优点:将镀铝膜的反射性能和气垫膜的隔热保温性能结合在一起,坚固耐用、安装简便、抗老化、耐穿刺、不吸潮、不收缩、不导电、不吸引闪电、不含腐蚀剂、无毒、无致癌物、美观、耐清洗、减震、抗压、柔顺,用途广泛,主要用于建筑业和包装业。在建筑业中,可用作建筑物的墙体、屋面、地面和管道的隔热保温,性能优良,造价低廉的绝热反射膜,既可隔热保温又具有防水功能。使建筑物冬暖夏凉,从而提高居住环境的舒适度,达到节能的目的。在包装业中,它可以对有特殊要求的产品,如防辐射、隔热、减震的产品进行包装。此外,它还可做隔热、保温包及塑料大棚或温室调节温度和光照的覆盖物。

五、具体实施方式
实施例一,绝热反射膜具有不透水的基层,其基层是气垫膜1,气垫膜的两面分别经胶粘剂层2、2′热压复合一层普通镀铝膜3、3′(如图1所示)。实施例二,镀铝膜3是覆塑镀铝膜(如图2所示),镀铝膜的铝膜层朝胶粘剂层内面或外面。气垫膜基层是一层或两层,若两层时,两层气垫膜之间热压复合一层复合一层胶粘剂。气垫膜的气泡直径为3~20mm,镀铝膜的厚度为10~20μm,覆塑镀铝膜覆塑层4、4′的厚度为0.8~60μm。

1、一种绝热反射膜,具有不透水的基层,其特征在于:基层是气垫膜,气垫膜的两面分别经胶粘剂层热压复合一层镀铝膜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的绝热反射膜,其特征在于:所述镀铝膜是普通镀铝膜或覆塑镀铝膜。
3、根据权利要求1所述的绝热膜,其特征在于:所述气垫膜基层是一层或两层。
4、根据权利要求3所述的绝热反射膜,其特征在于:所述的两层气垫膜之间热压复合一层胶粘剂。
5、根据权利要求1所述的绝热反射膜,其特征在于:所述气垫膜的气泡直径为3~20mm。
6、根据权利要求1所述的绝热反射膜,其特征在于:所述镀铝膜的厚度为10~20μm。
7、根据权利要求2所述的绝热反射膜,其特征在于:所述覆塑镀铝膜覆塑层的厚度为0.8~60μm。
