Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种地埋式闸阀启闭装置，它包括地埋式箱体及盖，与地埋式箱体连接的有可与阀门阀杆连接的连杆。本装置通过设置地埋式箱体及连杆既解决了阀门的启闭问题，它完全脱离了现有大箱涵式结构。该装置结构简单，地埋式箱体尺寸小，降低箱涵的成本；同时，其上的盖的尺寸也大大减小，它只相当于一个黑板擦大小，盖子的重量大大降低，已经没有偷盗的价值，从而解决井盖被偷的问题。施工时，连杆与阀杆连接后，将该装置埋于地下漏出箱盖既可。启闭阀门时，打开箱盖，用旋转装置转动连杆即可。

本实用新型属于阀门开闭装置，具体涉及一种埋于地下阀门的启闭装置。
背景技术
目前供水管网上的阀门通过箱涵埋于地下，这样便于维修和启闭。由于箱涵要求具备维修功能，因此箱涵的体积较大，箱涵成本较高，同时箱函的铸铁盖的尺寸较大，这样造成箱涵盖常常丢失，这是目前城市管理中较为棘手的事情。现有解决井盖被盗的办法都在防盗上下功夫，防盗式井盖往往成本较高或使用不便，这是防盗式井盖没有被广泛使用的原因之一。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可大大缩小箱涵的体积较大的地埋式阀门启闭装置，以解决上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案为：地埋式阀门启闭装置，它包括地埋式箱体及盖，与地埋式箱体连接的有可与阀门阀杆连接的连杆。
由于现在技术材料的进步，使得阀门的使用寿命大大提高，阀门的检修问题不在困扰供水部门，因而埋于地下的阀门只需正常开启或关闭即可。本装置通过设置地埋式箱体及连杆既解决了阀门的启闭问题，它完全脱离了现有大箱涵式结构。该装置结构简单，地埋式箱体尺寸小，降低箱涵的成本；同时，其上的盖的尺寸也大大减小，它只相当于一个黑板擦大小，盖子的重量大大降低，已经没有偷盗的价值，从而解决井盖被偷的问题。施工时，连杆与阀杆连接后，将该装置埋于地下漏出箱盖既可。启闭阀门时，打开箱盖，用旋转装置转动连杆即可。

具体实施方式
本启闭装置的技术方案是实现地埋式阀门启闭最直接结构，在此基础上可以考虑沉降、保护等问题。本实施例是在本实用新型的技术方案的基础上考虑了沉降、保护等问题的结构之一，但本实用新型的结构不限于本实施例的结构。
如附图所示，地埋式箱体1上铰接盖2，盖2与地埋式箱体1之间可以设置锁，锁可以是各种结构形式的(图中未示)。连杆包括上连杆3，与上连杆3活动连接的下连杆4，下连杆4下段设连接固定孔5，销轴6穿过连接固定孔5将下连杆4与阀杆20连接；上连杆3与地埋式箱体1连接。下连杆4轴向开设盲孔17，上连杆3下段设在盲孔17内；上、下连杆3、4之间设防脱装置。防脱装置包括上连杆3下端设防脱勾7，下连杆4上段防脱销8。上下连杆活动式连接可实现地面沉降时，地埋式箱体1随之同时沉降，避免出现地埋式箱体1高于地面的问题及及避免地面的压力传到阀门上。上、下连杆3、4之间还可设置密封装置(图中未示)。
连杆套在保护套内。保护套可以对连杆的整段的保护，也可以只对连杆的一部分的保护；保护套可以是一个组成的也可以是两个组成的。本实施例的保护套包括可相对移动连接的上下两段9、10组成。上段保护套9与下段保护套10之间设密封装置11。上段保护套9可以与地埋式箱体1连接，也可以只与地埋式箱体1接触。

Claims (8)

1、一种地埋式闸阀启闭装置，它包括地埋式箱体及盖，其特征在于与地埋式箱体连接的有可与阀门阀杆连接的连杆。
2、如权利要求1所述地埋式闸阀启闭装置，其特征在于连杆包括上连杆，与上连杆活动连接的下连杆，下连杆下段设连接固定孔；上连杆与地埋式箱体连接。
3、如权利要求1所述地埋式闸阀启闭装置，其特征在于下连杆轴向开设盲孔，上连杆下段设在盲孔内。
4、如权利要求3所述地埋式闸阀启闭装置，其特征在于上下连杆之间设防脱装置。
5、如权利要求4所述地埋式闸阀启闭装置，其特征在于所述防脱装置包括上连杆下端设防脱勾，下连杆上段防脱销。
6、如权利要求1所述地埋式闸阀启闭装置，其特征在于连杆套在保护套内。
7、如权利要求5所述地埋式闸阀启闭装置，其特征在于保护套包括可相对移动连接的上下两段组成。
8、如权利要求6所述地埋式闸阀启闭装置，其特征在于上段保护套与下段保护套之间设密封装置。
