                            技术领域
本实用新型涉及是热力膨胀阀或类似产品的防噪音阀芯结构。
                            背景技术
一般的热力膨胀阀由阀体、阀芯部件、动力头部件和调节部件组成：在阀体上设有冷媒从冷凝器出口流进阀体的高压端接口以及经过膨胀后流向蒸发器的低压端接口，动力头部件由气箱盖、气箱座、膜片、传动片及感温管所构成。在系统工作时，动力头部件感受蒸发器出口端的过热度，动力头部件中充填的介质膨胀或收缩驱使膜片动作，通过传动片、上传动杆、下传动杆将力传递给阀芯部件，从而控制阀膨胀开度，使适当冷媒流入蒸发器进行工作。然而，在现有技术中，钢球与阀芯架焊接成一体成为阀芯部件，它与下传动杆、上传动杆处于分离状态，工作中，上、下传动杆之间的接触、传动杆和钢球之间的接触，在受感温部件和弹簧力的相互作用产生纵向冲击而产生噪音；而冷媒流动时的冲击，会产生钢球和下传动杆、上传动杆和下传动杆，下传动杆和阀体的横向振动而产生噪音。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是克服现有技术中阀芯部件在工作中产生噪音的缺陷，提供一种防止噪音的阀芯部件。为此，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
防止噪音的阀芯部件，包括阀芯架、钢球和传动杆，其特征是所述的阀芯架、钢球和传动杆依次固定连接在一起。
为了防止热力膨胀阀的内部泄漏并进一步提高消除噪音的效果，所述的传动杆上套设有密封圈。
所述的阀芯架、钢球和传动杆依次焊接在一起。便于制造和保持它们之间的配合关系。
本实用新型通过将现有结构中的上传动杆与下传动杆合并为一根传动杆，将阀芯架、钢球、传动杆焊接在一起而成为一体结构的阀芯部件；热力膨胀阀工作时，消除了现有结构中钢球与下传动杆、上传动杆与下传动杆、下传动杆与阀体的纵向冲击产生的噪音；又由于传动杆部位通过密封圈和阀体接触，阀芯部件和阀体的横向振动会被密封圈吸收，从而防止横向振动而导致的噪音的产生。

                          具体实施方式
如图1中所示的阀芯部件3，由阀芯架31、钢球32和传动杆33依次焊接在一起；并在传动杆33上套设密封圈4，由压片5压持在阀体6上。该图所示的热力膨胀阀与现有结构相比，同样包括阀体、动力头部件和调节部件，在阀体上设有冷媒从冷凝器出口流进阀体的高压端接口以及经过膨胀后流向蒸发器的低压端接口，动力头部件由气箱盖、气箱座、膜片、传动片及感温管所构成。在系统工作时，动力头部件感受蒸发器出口端的过热度，动力头部件中充填的介质膨胀或收缩驱使膜片动作，通过传动片直接将力传递给阀芯部件，从而控制阀膨胀开度，使适当冷媒流入蒸发器进行工作。其间，因构成阀芯部件的阀芯架、钢球和传动杆依次焊接在一起，可以有效避免噪音的产生，在此不在赘述。
