本实用新型涉及除杂机技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种用于木糠除杂处理的除杂机。
背景技术：
木糠是金针菇生产中的主要原料，使用前必须进行去杂处理。木糠除杂主要是通过振动筛筛除木糠中混杂的粒径较大的杂质，使木糠符合生产金针菇的质量要求。其不足之处是：1)、振动筛的除杂一般采用人工上料、出料，其人工劳动强度大，机械化程度低，同时生产效率低，一般每人日处理木糠1吨左右，这无法满足大规模金针菇生产线对除杂后木糠的需求量。2)、人工上料时，无稳定的上料量，这会引起振动筛时而承载过量，时而缺料空载，引发机械故障。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种木糠除杂机，它除杂效果好，生产效率高。
本实用新型的技术解决措施是：
木糠除杂机，包括螺旋输送机、振动筛、螺旋输送机，输送带，其中：
螺旋输送机的结构为在料斗的底部安装有电机带动的轴，该轴上成型有呈螺旋状上升的叶片，在料斗上设有输送料出口；
第一螺旋输送机的出口置于振动筛的上方，振动筛安装在第二螺旋输送机的料斗上方，第二螺旋输送机的出口下方放置有输送带。
所述振动筛一侧的下方放置有废料斗。
所述第一螺旋输送机一端用支架固定在地面上，另一端固定在支架上，第二螺旋输送机固定在支架上。
本实用新型的突出效果是：
1)、它可实现全机械化作业，大大提高了生产效率，降低了人工劳动强度，现有的除杂设备人均日处理木糠量为1吨，本实用新型人均日处理10吨以上；
2)、由于使用螺旋输送机送料、出料，整个生产过程进料、出料均匀，不易引起机械故障。

具体实施方式
见图1，木糠除杂机，包括螺旋输送机1、振动筛2、螺旋输送机3，输送带4，其中：
第一螺旋输送机1、第二螺旋输送机3的结构为在料斗11、31的底部安装有电机带动的轴12、32，该轴12、32上成型有呈螺旋状上升的叶片121、321，在料斗11的下方设有输送料出口13、33；
第一螺旋输送机1的出口13置于振动筛2的上方，振动筛2安装在第二螺旋输送机3的料斗31上方，第二螺旋输送机3的出口33下方放置有输送带4。
所述振动筛2一侧的下方放置有废料斗5。
所述第一螺旋输送机1一端用支架6固定在地面上，另一端固定在支架7上，第二螺旋输送机3固定在支架7上。
工作原理：见图2，上料铲车8将待处理的木糠送到第一螺旋输送机1的料斗11中，通过呈螺旋状的叶片121将木糠送至振动筛2上，进行除杂、过筛处理。除杂后的木糠经第二螺旋输送机均匀地送至斜面输送带4上，由斜面输送带4传送到送料卡车9中运走。杂物经振动筛2一侧的出口流入废料斗5中，集中处理。它实现全机械化作业，大大提高了生产效率，降低了人工劳动强度，现有的除杂设备人均日处理木糠量为1吨，本实用新型人均日处理10吨以上；由于使用螺旋输送机1、3送料、出料，整个生产过程进料、出料均匀，不易引起机械故障。

1、木糠除杂机，包括螺旋输送机(1)、振动筛(2)、螺旋输送机(3)，输送带(4)，其特征在于：
第一螺旋输送机(1)、第二螺旋输送机(3)的结构为在料斗(11)、(31)的底部安装有电机带动的轴(12)、(32)，该轴(12)、(32)上成型有呈螺旋状上升的叶片(121)、(321)，在料斗(11)的下方设有输送料出口(13)、(33)；
第一螺旋输送机(1)的出口(13)置于振动筛(2)的上方，振动筛(2)安装在第二螺旋输送机(3)的料斗(31)上方，第二螺旋输送机(3)的出口(33)下方放置有输送带(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的木糠除杂机，其特征在于：振动筛(2)一侧的下方放置有废料斗(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的木糠除杂机，其特征在于：第一螺旋输送机(1)一端用支架(6)固定在地面上，另一端固定在支架(7)上，第二螺旋输送机(3)固定在支架(7)上。
