本实用新型是一种显示设备的束线结构,该束线结构包括一空腔,以供线体放置,在该空腔的侧壁上具有一凹槽,在空腔的一侧延伸出一挡片,可将线体限定在凹槽内,以达到固定线体的目的,防止线体脱落。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种束线结构。
【技术背景】
电子设备的内部配线,计算机的讯号及电源线的连接、音响与喇叭讯号线的连接,通常所需的线体有数条或更多的数量,倘若在组装时未能将前述的线体加以整理,不仅造成线体的杂乱无章,更将增添日后维护的困难度,而一般束线的方式多采用束线带将线体围绕而使线体无法脱落。此种束线方式将无法使人立即判别各线体的连接与作用,因此在日后维护时,作业人员必须将束线带逐一剪断才能加以辨别,在维护完毕又必须重新使用束线带束线,不仅麻烦浪费时间,且使用上极不经济。
现有技术中还有用束线套来束线,该束线套将线体平整的置放于内,但其是以套入线体的方式,因此使用者在每一根线体连接前即必须先套入束线套内,才能进行连接动作,不仅麻烦且容易造成连接上的错误,且当线体众多时不容易将束线套内的线体整平,造成线体的混乱,使用上不甚理想。
上述束线结构设计,不利于线体的放置;而且现有技术中,在显示设备上设置的束线装置通常设计为突起于显示设备的表面,由此需要一定的额外制造成本。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种电线束线结构。
本实用新型提供一种束线结构,利用对束线结构的设计来实现线体的放置,并使线体不易从该束线结构中脱落。实现本实用新型目的的技术方案为:该束线结构包括一空腔,以供线体放置,在该空腔的侧壁上具有一凹槽,在空腔的一侧延伸出一挡片,可将线体限定在空腔内,以达到固定线体的目的,防止线体脱落。

【具体实施方式】
该束线结构可设于显示设备的底座及支架等位置的表面,其位置不限于此。在本实施例中,该束线结构开设于显示设备的底座并一体成型,采用内空式设计。
如图1所示,在该显示设备的底座10的表面开设有一空腔20,该空腔20的一侧壁上具有一滑槽30,另一侧壁上具有一凹槽40,该凹槽的长度由需放置的实际线体的直径及数量而确定。空腔20向内延伸出一挡片50,该挡片50包含在空腔20内,其长度小于空腔20的长度,并形成一开口端。
该空腔20系用于放置线体60。该滑槽30具有较平滑的坡度,可方便将线体60放置于空腔20的束线位置,并使线体60平直放置,以免损坏线体60。该凹槽40的槽壁具有较大的角度,可使线体60在置于束线位置时,限制其横向移动位置。该挡片50可限制线体60向外脱落,放置于束线结构内的线体60在处于自然状态下被限制在内。通过该束线结构,达到固定线体60的目的,防止线体60脱落。
如图2所示,使用时将欲束线的线体60一一套入,在套入时,由于空腔20的长度大于该挡片45的长度,可通过将线体60适当弯折并从该空腔20的开口端放入,并沿着滑槽30将线体60滑至束线位置,滑槽30的存在可使线体60平直放置。线体60在处于束线位置时,可将线体60拉直使其自然放置,此时由于凹槽40可限制线体60横向移动位置,且挡片50可防止线体60向外脱落而脱离束线结构,使线体60受到限制而无法脱离。

1.一种显示设备的束线结构,该束线结构包括一该空腔用于放置线体,其特征在于:在该空腔的侧壁上具有一凹槽,在空腔的一侧延伸出一挡片。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示设备的束线结构,其特征在于:该束线结构还包括一滑槽,该滑槽具有较平滑的坡度。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示设备的束线结构,其特征在于:该束线装置位于显示设备的底座。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示设备的束线结构,其特征在于:该凹槽的长度由实际线体的直径及数量而确定。
