本实用新型涉及一种一次性使用无菌自毁式注射器，主要解决已有技术中活塞与外套内壁之间密封不严易产生漏液及针尖易受污染的问题。它包括针管、针座、外套、芯杆、簧片和活塞，针管与针座及外套胶粘为一体。活塞为橡胶活塞，套在芯杆前端，活塞上设有弹性密封圈。在针座上套有一保护针管的护套。本实用新型只可一次性使用，部件不能卸换，达到全自毁的目的。活塞与外套内壁之间密封性能好，不会产生漏液，针管不易受污染，可有效地避免交叉感染。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器具，具体涉及一种注射器。
背景技术
目前，一次性使用注射器械已广泛使用，但现有的一次性使用注射器存在部分器件仍可人为地再用。中国专利CN 2379141Y公开了一种卡式全自毁一次性使用无菌注射器，其针管(即针尖)与外套胶粘为一体，活塞与芯杆注塑为一体，芯杆上套装的卡片的内卡卡在芯杆的被卡结构上，外卡卡在外套内壁上。注射器的部件不可卸换，达到一次性使用的目的。但由于该注射器的活塞与芯杆注塑为一体，活塞也为注塑件，所以在使用过程中活塞与外套内壁之间密封不严易产生漏液。此外，该注射器的针管处未设护套，易使针管受污染。
发明内容
为了克服已有技术中活塞与外套内壁之间密封不严易产生漏液及针尖易受污染的问题，本实用新型提供一种注射器，该注射器的活塞与外套内壁之间密封良好，而且针管不易受到污染。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一次性使用无菌自毁式注射器，包括针管、针座、外套、芯杆、簧片和活塞，针管与针座及外套胶粘为一体，芯杆置于外套中，芯杆表面的被卡结构为呈螺纹状的圆锥台阶，芯杆上套装有一簧片，簧片含有内卡、外卡，其卡口端顺着抽吸方向设置，外卡卡在外套内壁上，内卡卡在芯杆的被卡结构上，其特征在于所述活塞为橡胶活塞，套在芯杆前端，活塞上设有弹性密封圈。所述弹性密封圈为三条，在活塞的两端分别各设一条，靠活塞中部设一条。在针座上套有一保护针管的护套。所述簧片卡在芯杆螺纹段的三分之一至三分之二处，主要根据所需剂量大小确定其位置。
本实用新型的有益效果：只可一次性使用，部件不能卸换，达到全自毁的目的。活塞与外套内壁之间密封性能好，不会产生漏液，针管不易受污染，可有效地避免交叉感染。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2、3、4、5、6，本实用新型包括针管6、针座5、外套2、芯杆1、簧片3和活塞4，针管6与针座5及外套2胶粘为一体，外套和针座及芯杆采用国家规定的高分子专用材料制成，针管与所需规格针座及外套胶粘为一体，不能卸换。芯杆1置于外套2中。外套内壁喷有足够与活塞润滑的硅化液，注射器在启用前可有效地保护活塞润滑良好。芯杆1表面的被卡结构为呈螺纹状的圆锥台阶。芯杆上套装有一簧片3，簧片3含有内卡8、外卡9，其卡口端顺着抽吸方向设置，外卡9卡在外套2内壁上，内卡8卡在芯杆的被卡结构上，簧片3的位置一般卡在芯杆螺纹段的三分之一至三分之二处，主要根据所需剂量大小确定其位置。活塞4为橡胶活塞，套在芯杆1前端，活塞4上设有弹性密封圈10。弹性密封圈10为三条，在活塞4的两端分别各设一条，靠活塞中部设一条。在针座5上套有一保护针管的护套7，使用时取下即可。其工作过程是：取下护套，提拉芯杆抽吸药液、排尽空气注射，推动芯杆及活塞向前滑动，这时，卡片的内卡卡在芯杆的被卡结构上，而外卡卡在外套内壁，卡片随芯杆移动；当注射完毕时，卡片外卡卡在外套前端内壁上，内卡卡在芯杆上，如果回抽芯杆，此时卡片停留原位，直至芯杆的活塞后端撑住卡片，由于橡胶活塞的作用，注射时不漏液。

1、一次性使用无菌自毁式注射器，包括针管、针座、外套、芯杆、簧片和活塞，针管与针座及外套胶粘为一体，芯杆置于外套中，芯杆表面的被卡结构为呈螺纹状的圆锥台阶，芯杆上套装有一簧片，簧片含有内卡、外卡，其卡口端顺着抽吸方向设置，外卡卡在外套内壁上，内卡卡在芯杆的被卡结构上，其特征在于所述活塞为橡胶活塞，套在芯杆前端，活塞上设有弹性密封圈。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用无菌自毁式注射器，其特征在于所述弹性密封圈为三条，在活塞的两端分别各设一条，靠活塞中部设一条。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性使用无菌自毁式注射器，其特征在于在针座上套有一保护针管的护套。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性使用无菌自毁式注射器，其特征在于所述簧片卡在芯杆螺纹段的三分之一至三分之二处。
