技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装盒，尤其是涉及一种链条包装盒的扣合装置。
背景技术
由于链条大多由金属材料制造而成，在运输、储藏和使用的过程中，有时需要开启包装盒，以往很多的设计是采用一次性的包装盒，就是一旦开启就不能再重复使用，或者即使重复使用后也只能盛放链条，而不能再很好地锁紧包装盒，这样下次运输就会造成不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是公开了一种能自动定位和方便锁紧的链条包装盒的扣合装置的新发明。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：一种链条包装盒的扣合装置，上盒体和下盒体通过翻转筋翻转，还包括一个扣合装置，其特征在所述的扣合装置为在下盒体上左右设置有两个凸销，凸销前端设有尺寸略大的卡口凸台，在上盒体上左右设置可弯折的扣合片，扣合片上开有与卡口凸台相配合的孔，还在上盒体上的扣合片附近设有两个定位卡口。
因此，本实用新型具有自动定位和方便锁紧的功能。

具体实施方式
实施例1、结合附图1至附图3，一种链条包装盒的扣合装置，是对扣合装置结构的改良，上盒体1和下盒体3通过翻转筋2翻转，翻转筋2是设在上盒体和下盒体之间连接上盒体和下盒体的，翻转筋具有很好的化学性能，可以承受多次反复开启扭转不会断裂，还包括一个扣合装置，所述的扣合装置为在下盒体上左右设置有两个凸销6，凸销6与下盒体是同一模具加工而成，凸销6前端设有尺寸略大的卡口凸台6a，在本实施例中，凸销6是圆柱形的，卡口凸台6a也是圆柱形的，采用圆柱形是为了便于模具设计和精度要求较低，在上盒体上左右设置可弯折的扣合片5，扣合片5合上盒体是同一模具加工而成的，扣合片上开有与卡口凸台6a相配合的孔5a，该孔5a为圆孔，还在上盒体上的扣合片5附近还设有两个定位卡口4，定位卡口4为半圆形的，当上盒体合上下盒体时，定位卡口4刚好卡在凸销6上，这样就可以准确地控制凸销6和扣合片5的相对位置，实现自动定位，再将扣合片5的孔5a对准凸销6按入凸销6内，由于有卡口凸台6a，就可以防止扣合片5滑出，就可以锁住包装盒。
同时，如果凸销6的外形为方形的，扣合片5上的孔5a而为方形的，同样可以达到本实用新型目的。

1、一种链条包装盒的扣合装置，上盒体(1)和下盒体(3)通过翻转筋(2)翻转，还包括一个扣合装置，其特征在于所述的扣合装置为在下盒体(3)上左右设置有两个凸销(6)，凸销(6)前端设有尺寸略大的卡口凸台(6a)，在上盒体(1)上左右设置可弯折的扣合片(5)，扣合片(5)上开有与卡口凸台(6a)相配合的孔(5a)，还在上盒体(1)上的扣合片(5)附近设有两个定位卡口(4)。
