Abstract

内、外门万能合页，由调节连杆支座1，调节连杆2，固定滑槽3和滑动门轴4组成。此方案通过旋动调节连杆调节门轴的相对位置，解决内外门由于长期使用中的门扇位移，影响单门或双门不能正常启闭。可实现不须拆门即可调节门的相对位置，减少因上门轴移位，而出现的门扇之间或门扇与门框的碰撞，甚至玻璃破碎伤人。它具有维修调整方便，提高了门扇启闭的灵活性和安全性。

万能合页
本实用新型涉及玻璃门和铝合金门等多种门上轴的固定和调节问题。门轴在使用中启闭频繁，而且门自身重量较大，经常出现上轴位移，影响门的正常开关，有时还会出现门扇碰撞门框或另一扇门，造成门扇的损坏，砸伤人的事也经常出现。
目前门扇上轴移位的解决方法，只有将门扇拆掉重新安装固定。若要调节门之间的间隙，必须有专业人员才能进行维修，费工费时。
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种调节方便，非专业人员即可调节门扇之间间隙的多功能合页。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种万能合页，有调节连杆支架1，调节连杆2，固定滑槽3和滑动门轴4组成，滑动门轴4可置于固定滑槽3内，并在固定滑槽上可前后移动，调节连杆支架1和固定滑槽3分别固定在门扇上档内，调节连杆2，一端固定在调节连杆支架1上，另一端通过调节连杆2与滑动门轴连接，用螺丝刀旋转调节连杆2，即可移动门轴，实现调节门扇之间或门框之间的间隙。
本实用新型结构合理，安装方便，使用范围广，调节间隙简便，节省人力物力，把复杂的维修工作变得十分简便。

Claims (2)

1.一种万能合页，其特征在于：由固定滑槽，滑动门轴，调节连杆和连杆支架组成。滑动门轴在固定滑槽内移动，连杆支架和固定滑槽，分别固定在门上档一定的位置，连杆通过连杆支架和滑动门轴相连；滑动门轴由调节板和圆柱型门轴固定在滑板上。
2.根据权力要求1所述的万能合页，其特征在于：固定滑槽为燕尾型滑槽；滑动门轴为带螺纹调节板和圆柱形门轴为主的构件；连杆为一螺杆，其一端有一字槽和固定槽，另一端为长螺杆；螺杆支架具有固定螺杆的作用。
