Abstract

太阳能海水淡化装置,由太阳能热管平板集热器和汽化水机构两大部分组成。汽化水机构由海水箱、汽化室、回形管道、隔热层、散热片、管接头组成。海水箱是一只容器,在海水箱内部有回形管道,与太阳能热管平板集热管中的强制介质循环管道相联通,使太阳能集热的高温不断带到海水箱,直至使海水蒸发成蒸汽。蒸汽从海水箱上部的蒸汽孔中冒出。在海水箱的外面有隔热层。在隔热层的外面有汽化室,汽化室具有容积,内部充满蒸汽。在汽化室的外部装有散热片,与大气相接触。在散热片的作用下,汽化室中的蒸汽遇冷而凝结成水。由汽化室下部的出水口流出。本实用新型的有效效果:能利用太阳能将海水汽化成淡水,满足海上船员的生活需要。

背景技术:
对海水进行淡化,是将海水蒸发,再冷凝成淡水。在对海水蒸发时,有利用电能加热,也有利用固体燃料或液体燃料进行燃烧,其不足之处是耗能大,不经济。
本实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处而提供一种太阳能海水淡化装置,利用取之不尽、用之不竭的太阳能作热能,经济实用。
为实现本实用新型的目的而采取的技术方案是:太阳能海水淡化装置,由太阳能热管型平板集热器和汽化水机构两大部分组成。太阳能热管型平板集热器作为已知公开的技术,其温度达到150-200℃。汽化水机构由海水箱、汽化室、回形管道、隔热层、散热片、管接头组成。海水箱是一只容器,海水从进水口注入,在海水箱内部有回形管道,与太阳能热管型平板集热器中的强制介质循环管道相联通,使太阳能集热的高温不断带到海水箱,直至使海水蒸发成蒸汽。蒸汽从海水箱上部的蒸汽孔中冒出。在海水箱的外面有隔热层。在隔热层的外面有汽化室,汽化室具有容积,内部充满蒸汽。在汽化室的外部装有散热片,与大气相接触。在散热片的作用下,汽化室中的蒸汽遇冷而凝结成水。由汽化室下部的出水口流出。
本实用新型的有效效果:能利用太阳能将海水汽化成淡水,满足海上船员的生活需要。

实施例是这样作出的:太阳能海水淡化装置,由太阳能热管型平板集热器和汽化水机构两大部分组成。太阳能热管型平板集热器作为已知公开的技术,其温度达到150-200℃。汽化水机构由海水箱(10)、汽化室(8)、回形管道(5)、隔热层(9)、散热片(7)、管接头组成。海水箱(10)是一只容器,容积为150立升,海水从进水口(11)注入,在海水箱(10)内部有回形管道(5),与太阳能热管型平板集热器中的强制介质循环管道相联通,使太阳能集热的高温不断带到海水箱(10),直至使海水蒸发成蒸汽。蒸汽从海水箱(10)上部的蒸汽口(13)中冒出。在海水箱(10)的外面有隔热层(9)。在隔热层(9)的外面有汽化室(8),汽化室(8)具有容积,内部充满蒸汽。在汽化室(8)的外部装有散热片(7),与大气相接触。在散热片(7)的作用下,汽化室(8)中的蒸汽遇冷而凝结成水。由汽化室(8)下部的出水口(6)流出。

1、一种太阳能海水淡化装置,其特征在于和太阳能热管型平板集热器相连接的汽化水机构,由海水箱、汽化室、回形管道、隔热层、散热片、管接头组成,在海水箱内部有回形管道,与太阳能热管型平板集热器中的强制介质循环管道相联通,海水箱上部有蒸汽孔,在海水箱的外面有隔热层,在隔热层的外面有汽化室,在汽化室的外部装有散热片。
