Abstract

本实用新型是一种量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,本实用新型除具有基本感测指温以馈知情绪放松的基本零件,主要在于该手指配戴件从载具本体的周缘向外突出载具本体,从而形成一开口向下的承座,该承座开口设一感温组件,藉以令该感温组件与指肤表面形成适度对应,藉此以侦测特定区域温度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,特别是一种利用感测指温以获得情绪放松与否的临床指针与数据的构造。
背景技术
由于经济发展,现代人每天面对愈来愈多的压力,因此精神疾病如失眠、精神官能症、精神病、及心身症(包括偏头痛、胃溃疡、紧张性头痛等),就愈来愈普遍了。根据统计,一般人口中大约有百分的五至百分的十五有以上的毛病。
人的身体与心理往往是一体两面而互动的,身体疾病会影响心理,心理不适也会对身体健康有害。当一个人所面对的压力超出他的忍受程度时,身体或心里的毛病也就因此产生了。它的原理是当大脑感受到压力时,透过神经传导,造成全身肌肉的紧绷或自律神经、免疫系统、贺尔蒙系统的功能失调。
焦虑造成自律神经失调,常引起的症状如:心悸、呼吸困难、胸闷、头晕、头痛、口干、肠胃不适、腹泻、便秘、频尿、冒汗、手抖或手脚冰冷等。四肢冰冷是因为血管收缩所造成的。而临床上,指温是常用来监测一个人是否放松很敏感的一个指针。当一个人放松时,血管扩张,有较多热量散发到身体表面,因此手脚较温暖,相反地,当人紧张或愤怒时,血管收缩,热量散发到身体表面的比较少,因此手脚较冰冷。治疗上医师通常教导病患肌肉放松,并藉由生理回馈机器显示指温,当自己的指温升高时,表示患者有放松,便可以知道自己放松的方式是否正确,肌肉放松并生理回馈是不用药物的一种行为治疗方法,可以用来治疗很多的疾病,也可以借机器了解自己的情绪压力,并予适当的排除。
针对前述情况,本实用新型人认为应有一种有效协助精神官能患者或紧张压力大者随身辅助的医疗设备,以随时自我复建或调适。缘此,本实用新型人基于多年钻研医疗知识的经验,及研发的动机,向中国台湾地区申请了86211786号“感测指温以馈知情绪放松的指环”以及86211786A01号“感测指温以馈知情绪放松的指环追加一”,亦发现由于指温感测的敏感度甚为重要,必须实时反应指温温度的升降。
传统生理回馈机器测量指温的方法,是以胶带或魔鬼毡固定感温组件,结果容易将手指局部形成压迫,导致指温温度不易上升。因此,即使患者已情绪放松,然而讯号却显示仍属未放松的状态,因此容易产生失真。
本实用新型人在前述两件申请的实际产制与使用过程当中发现尚有改善之处。其指环圈与导温弧杆的连动关系,使得当患者佩戴时不能任意调整紧度,在此情况下,指环圈容易滑动走位而使测量状态不稳定。
再则,在前述二件申请中,感测指温的导温弧杆埋在指环圈的二对称引道,形成密闭,因此纵有指温下降状况,亦不容易散热(形成闷热),又导致另一型态的测量失真。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件。
本实用新型的上述目的是这样实现的,一种量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,包括:
一系指部,为圈绕人体手指部;
一载具,设于系指部表面,内部形成一容室;
一电路板,该电路板设于载具内,至少包括一计算单元与讯号发出组件,电路板设与指肤适度对应的一感温组件,计算单元计算所侦测的温度,并由讯号发出组件发送;
一面板,该面板设于电路板一侧面,设有多组对应计算单元的功能键;
其特征在于:
该手指配戴件由载具本体的周缘,向外突出载具本体,形成一开口向下的承座,该承座开口部位设一感温组件。
本实用新型的技术效果是,指温上升可随人体自然表现,且不易产生滑动走位而使测量状态较为稳定,并且便于使用和推广。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,配合图2所示,本实用新型涉及一种量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,主要包括:
一系指部1,该系指部1可为一不完整的环圈体(如图3所示)。而可以为圈绕人体手指部,且保留一弹性调整伸缩的空间。
一载具2,设于系指部1表面,内部形成一容室。
一电路板3,该电路板3设于载具2内,至少包括一计算单元31与讯号发出组件32,可藉由一感温组件22感测指肤温度,由电路板3上计算单元31计算指温所传递的讯号值,并连接一讯号发出组件32,而由讯号发出组件32提供讯息。
一面板4,该面板4设于电路板3一侧面,设有多组对应计算单元31的功能键41。
本实用新型主要的技术内容在于:载具2本体的周缘向外突出一开口向下的承座21,该承座21设有一开口部211,且该开口部211设一感温组件22,藉以令该感温组件22与指肤表面形成适度对应,并藉承座21能固定感温组件22。
此外,该感温组件22为一种软性无毒材质并含高导热材质。此外,值得一提的是,由于人体手指的皮肤毛发长短不一,毛发较稀疏、较短者,因此本实用新型第一实施例可以一种红外线传感器作为感温组件22,利用红外线非接触式的感温特性感测手指皮肤温度。
一般物体都会因为本身的温度高低发出不同的红外线能量。温度越高,物体分子就愈加活泼,因此有较高的红外能量发出。因此本实用新型的感温组件22可以利用红外线传感器作为收集物体辐射的红外能量并将能量透过计算单元31分析而把能量转化为电信号,电信号经放大并显示为温度读数。此外,本实用新型的感温组件22可以设于一套件221内部,以受到保护。
请参阅图4,配合图5所示,当使用者配戴本实用新型,由于系指部1上的载具2本体的周缘,向外突出载具2本体,而形成一开口向下的承座21设有感温组件22,可与指肤对应,经由导线220,传递至电路板3上的计算单元31测得因为温度改变所导致的讯号值变化(例如电阻),同时经由计算单元31运算,并连接一讯号发出组件32(以图2显示为LED,甚至显示的颜色可为多重变化),而由讯号发出组件32发出讯号。讯号发出组件可以实施为震动马达、蜂鸣器、液晶屏幕等皆可。
而于图2中亦可发现,本实用新型亦可以设有预留的计算机连接端口23(例如无线讯号发射器、接收器、蓝芽模块、红外线传输器等),搭配计算机传输技术或无线通讯技术将讯号传递至计算机,再进一步传输至远程,利用信息处理,由远程医师接收,进行诊治。
请参阅图6所示,本实用新型在基于同一实质下,亦可以形成第二实施例,该实施例中,承座21A内部设一套件221A(可为金属材质),该套件221A可以容纳导线220,以及对于感温组件22A有一承载与保护,此外,该套件221A端部接合一隔热层222,该感温组件22A由隔热层222端部裸出,可以阻绝套件221A导热过大而影响指温精确。
请参阅图7所示,本实用新型以第二实施例而言,可以使用前述的感温组件22A与人体皮肤直接接触,而测得温度外。
此外,图6中显示本实用新型的讯号发出组件32A(以图2显示为LED,甚至显示的颜色可为多重变化),可为一液晶显示面板与窗口。
由上述构造及功能说明,可以清楚了解本实用新型的优点除保留感测体温以馈知情绪放松的精神;更在于:
本实用新型由于该手指配戴件由载具本体的周缘,向外突出载具本体,而形成一开口向下的承座,该承座开口插设一感温组件,藉以令该感温组件与指肤表面形成适度对应,藉此以侦测特定区域温度的状态,并能固定感温组件。因此:
一、当手指配戴件束紧时,不影响测量部位的血管收缩与血液流通,因此指温上升可随人体自然表现。
二、本实用新型可以任意调整手指配戴件的松紧度,而不影响感温组件与手指部位的对应。不易产生滑动走位而使测量状态较为稳定。
三、本实用新型感测指温的感温组件在突出载具本体,因此形成开放而容易散热,因此测温纯粹可由指背测得较为精准的数据。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的一较佳实施例,凡依本实用新型权利要求所作的均等变化,皆属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1、一种量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,包括:
一系指部,为圈绕人体手指部;
一载具,设于系指部表面,内部形成一容室;
一电路板,该电路板设于载具内,至少包括一计算单元与讯号发出组件,电路板设与指肤适度对应的一感温组件,计算单元计算所侦测的温度,并由讯号发出组件发送;
一面板,该面板设于电路板一侧面,设有多组对应计算单元的功能键;
其特征在于:
该手指配戴件由载具本体的周缘,向外突出载具本体,形成一开口向下的承座,该承座开口部位设一感温组件。
2、如权利要求1所述的量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,其特征在于,感温组件为软性无毒材质包覆,并含导热材质。
3、如权利要求1所述的量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,其特征在于,该承座内部设一套件,该套件端部接合一隔热层,该感温组件由隔热层端部裸出。
4、如权利要求1所述的量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,其特征在于,该承座设于载具本体的后部周缘,以向外突出载具本体,其开口对应指背。
5、如权利要求1所述的量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,其特征在于,手指配戴件的系指部为一不完整的环圈。
6、如权利要求5所述的量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,其特征在于,该不完整的环圈由软韧材质所制。
7、如权利要求1所述的量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,其特征在于,该感温组件为红外线传感器。
8、如权利要求1所述的量测指温以感知情绪放松的手指配戴件,其特征在于,该承座开口部位所设的感温组件为一接触式感温组件。
