本实用新型属于一种体育活动和比赛器材，具体用于拔河项目。
背景技术
传统拔河是两组队员，一根棕绳，向两个相反方向相持用力，力大的一组将另一组拖出赛界为胜，目前还没有一种专门的拔河装置。
发明内容
为了丰富中小学校体育教学及社会体育活动内容，实现体育运动的趣味化、智能化、社会化，使广大体育爱好者可以有更多的可以选择的体育项目，使体育锻炼成为一种享受，从而全面提高人类的健康水平。
本实用新型的技术方案是，由底盘和拉轴组成，底盘呈圆环形，在底盘一周向外幅射状排布着拉轴；一种方式为拉轴的内端套在底盘圆环上；另一种方式为拉轴的内端穿在底盘圆环上的孔内；拉轴的外端设有通孔或拉环，用以系拔河的绳子；在拉轴内端部设置有缓冲弹簧。
本实用新型结构简单，容易生产制作，使用方法简单，便于携带。可以按不同需求人群设定不同的规格，适用于机关和企事来单位，以及大中小学校和幼儿园，专业体育场馆，培训教育基地，旅游娱乐，还可以进入社区、家庭，可以满足不用人群对健康的需求，收到全民健身的效果。

具体实施方式
现结合附图将本实用新型的具体实施方式描述如下，如图4所示，底盘1上均布六个拉轴2，拉轴穿过底盘上的孔，在拉轴的内端套着弹簧3，起缓冲作用，同时随着拉力增大，变形也大。在底盘的上面罩有上盖4。
在底盘上设置有音响装置，如图6所示，E是电源，K是开关，A是音乐芯片，B是扬声器，R是滑动变阻器，每只与拉轴相配合，如图7所示，F为拔河的拉力，拉力使拉轴伸缩从而改变电阻阻值，近而调整扬声器的音量。
本实用新型可实现智力拔河，其取胜的方法靠的是智力+勇气+力量+耐心，是锻炼人在没有预先沟通，没有语言交流，完全靠现场感觉，进行力量组合，心智感应，默契合一的配合与对抗。如果一方获胜心切，稍有迹象，就被视为出头的椽子，可能不敌其他对手的合力而最先出局，即所谓合同欲速则不达；如多方都保持静态制衡，明哲保身，其中一方稍有疏乎，或稍有喘息之机，就可能成为败军之将；如果一方择友不慎，就可能一厢情愿，无从喝彩，即所谓孤雁难飞，误入歧途；如果认友为敌，就可能误入陷阱，坐失良机……
总之，拔河大战，突破传统，创新求趣，它运用了东方的哲学、心理学和军事思想，揭示了这样的道理：强者未必胜，勇者未必胜，智者也可能贻误战机。此番争斗，具有极大的不确定性，极具看点。拔河大战，十分趣味，烽烟燃起，胜负叵测。没有永远的对手，没有永远的盟友，利益才是永恒的。
拔河赛式可设计为：二十五人拔河，五人一组分为五组，场地以中心为圆心，画有半径为1.5米和5.5米的两个同心圆，以圆心向外幅射将内外圆圈分为五个扇形区，拔河器中心与场地圆心重合，五根绳分别系在拉轴上，在绳上对应内圈和外圈均有标志，以免错位。拔河选手在扇形区内布阵，当发令枪响，同时向五个方向用力拔河，随着拉力的形成，拔河器的电子音响发出火爆的音乐和爆竹声，以烘托现场气氛。拉力越大，音量就越大，节奏感越强，直到一方出局为止；然后调整拔河器，进行四方向拔河，再进行三方向、对向拔河，按出局的先后顺序，依次产生第5名、第4名、第3名、亚军和冠军。

3、根据权利要求1所述的多功能智力拔河器，其特征是所述的拉轴的内端穿在底盘圆环上的孔内。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的多功能智力拔河器，其特征是所述的拉轴的外端设有通孔或拉环。
5、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的多功能智力拔河器，其特征是所述的拉轴内端部设置有缓冲弹簧(4)。
