本实用新型涉及一种煤气发生炉。由炉体组成，炉体内是燃烧室，炉体上安装有上煤口和出渣口，燃烧室内安装有炉排，炉排位于燃烧室的中下部，为阶梯形，每个炉排上安装均安装有拨煤杆，拨煤杆可以调整长度，由液压装置控制。通过拨灰杆在炉排上的运动，可以疏松燃煤，及时将煤灰拨下，避免煤的粘结，因而可以适应多种煤种进行煤气发生。

背景技术
现有的煤气发生炉，由炉体、燃烧室、转动灰盘、上煤机、出渣机组成，这种结构的煤气发生炉，只能燃烧非粘结性煤，因而其使用受到很大局限。
技术内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种适用煤种广、燃烧效果好的煤气发生炉，以克服现有技术的不足。本实用新型由炉体组成，炉体内是燃烧室，炉体上安装有上煤口和出渣口，燃烧室内安装有炉排，炉排位于燃烧室的中下部，为阶梯形，每个炉排上安装均安装有拨煤杆，拨煤杆可以调整长度，由液压装置控制。通过拨灰杆在炉排上的运动，可以疏松燃煤，及时将煤灰拨下，避免煤的粘结，因而可以适应多种煤种进行煤气发生。

具体实施例
图中1是本实用新型的炉体，炉体1内是燃烧室2，燃烧室2上部有煤气出口，上煤口4位于炉体1上端，可以与上煤机连接，出渣口3位于炉体1下部，可以与出渣机连接，燃烧室2内下部安装炉排5，炉排5为阶梯形，每个炉排5上部有拨灰杆6，拨伙杆安装在一滑架8上，其长度可以调节，由安装于炉体1外的液压装置带动。在炉排5上部有一斜坡形结构，用以避免燃烧室内煤的燃烧和运动死角，炉体1上部有钟罩阀9。炉体1上还安装有安全泄放装置7。

1、一种煤气发生炉，由炉体(1)、燃烧室(2)组成，炉体(1)有上煤口(4)、出渣口(3)及煤气出口，燃烧室(2)位于炉体(1)内，其特征是：炉排(5)在燃烧室(2)下部，为阶梯形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种煤气发生炉，其特征是：炉排(5)上设有拨灰装置。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种煤气发生炉，其特征是：拨灰装置为拨灰杆(6)，拨灰杆(6)紧贴每个炉排的上部。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种煤气发生炉，其特征是：拨灰杆(6)由液压装置带动。
