Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种手机的配件，特别是一种用于固定并使手机便于携带的手机背夹装置。它包含壳体，壳体的背面设有夹子，夹子与壳体之间通过转片、定位环和定位装置活动连接，夹子与转片之间固定连接，定位环嵌接在转片上，定位装置与壳体固定连接，定位装置与定位环之间活动连接，这样就实现了定位装置连同壳体与夹子之间的相对转动。它的有益效果是：在夹子与机壳之间设置了转动装置，在受外力作用时，定位装置与定位环可以作相对位移，使夹子与壳体可以产生转动，手机可以根据所配带部位的不同朝向不同的方向，使人们携带手机时更方便舒适。

本实用新型涉及手机的配件，特别是一种用于固定并使手机便于携带的手机背夹装置。
背景技术
随着技术发展，手机已经普及到了千家万户，成为人们不可或缺的通讯工具。但手机的携带方式却困扰着使用者，有的使用小袋子装着挂在脖子上，有的装在手机套中，也有的采用了背夹式的机座，它包含方便手机推入或抽出、与手机体匹配的壳体，壳体背面固定设有用于与衣物稳固连接的夹子。人们一般通过夹子将手机背夹夹于皮带上，然后将手机套在壳体内，这种结构的手机背夹还存在着一些缺点：其夹子与壳体之间固定连接，配带时手机的方向位置等也相对固定，有时会因为体位的问题感觉不适或不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种能够改变配带方向以适应不同配带方式的手机背夹装置。
本实用新型为达到上述目的而提供的技术方案是一种手机背夹装置，它包含壳体，壳体的背面设有夹子，夹子与壳体之间通过转片、定位环和定位装置活动连接，夹子与转片之间固定连接，定位环嵌接在转片上，定位装置与壳体固定连接，定位装置与定位环之间活动连接，这样就实现了定位装置连同壳体与夹子之间的相对转动。
上述的定位环内侧边缘设有定位槽，在定位装置的外侧边缘上设有与定位槽相匹配的固定座。在定位装置的侧面轴向设有支撑座，在壳体上与之相配合的位置设有支撑定位孔，装配好后，壳体与定位装置固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在夹子与机壳之间设置了转动装置，在受外力作用时，定位装置与定位环可以作相对位移，使夹子与壳体可以产生转动，手机可以根据所配带部位的不同朝向不同的方向，使人们携带手机时更方便舒适。
下面结合附图通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步阐述，但实施例并不限制本实用新型的保护范围。

具体实施方式
实施例1：
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型手机背夹装置，它包含壳体1，壳体1的背面设有夹子2，用于将壳体与衣物或皮带等固定，夹子2与壳体1之间通过转片3、定位环4和定位装置5活动连接，夹子2与转片3固定连接，定位环4嵌接在转片3上。定位装置5与定位环4之间活动连接，在定位环4的内侧边缘设有齿状的定位槽6，在定位装置5外侧边缘上设有可与定位槽6相匹配的4个固定座7，固定座7的数量也可以是不多于定位槽6数量的任意个，固定座7与定位槽6相互啮合，加上外力，可以使固定座7滑入相邻的定位槽6内，产生相对转动，并进入另一个稳定状态。定位装置5与壳体1固定连接，在定位装置5的侧面轴向设有支撑座8，在壳体1上与之相配合的位置设有支撑定位孔9，装配时通过支撑座8与支撑定位孔9相配合使壳体1与定位装置5固定，这样壳体1与夹子2之间就能通过固定座7与定位槽6转动连接。
上述的手机背夹装置在使用时，在受到外力的作用下，定位装置与定位环4上的定位槽6与固定座7会相对运动，定位环4的环形设计，使转动可以在360度范围顺时针或逆时针任意进行，使手机的配带方向可以根据需要进行调整，以适应不同的配带方式和位置。

Claims (3)

1、手机背夹装置，它包含壳体(1)，壳体(1)的背面设有夹子(2)，其特征是：夹子(2)与壳体(1)之间通过转片(3)、定位环(4)和定位装置(5)活动连接，夹子(2)与转片(3)固定连接，定位环(4)嵌接在转片(3)上，定位装置(5)与定位环(4)之间活动连接，定位装置(5)与壳体(1)固定连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的手机背夹装置，其特征是：所述的定位环(4)内侧边缘设有定位槽(6)，在定位装置(5)的外侧边缘上设有与定位槽(6)相匹配的固定座(7)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的手机背夹装置，其特征是：定位装置(5)的侧面轴向设有若干个支撑座(8)，在壳体(1)上与之相配合的位置设有支撑定位孔(9)。
