Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种压边地板，涉及日常生活中使用的地板的技术领域；在地板表面拼接处的地板边为钝角边，即地板横截面的地板边呈钝角，并且钝角顶为圆弧形；在地板表面拼接处设置平底沟槽；本实用新型设计的压边地板，由于在地板表面拼接处设置平底沟槽，所以易于清理沟槽内的灰尘；由于拼接处的地板边采用了圆弧形钝角边，避免了细小的木刺或木钩的出现，使用者就能赤脚或穿袜在地板上舒适地行走，再也不会刮伤丝袜了。

本实用新型涉及日常生活中使用的地板，特别涉及一种R型压槽边地板。
背景技术
目前日常生活中使用的地板都是拼接组成的，由于地板在拼接处都是直角边，不可避免地会出现细小的木刺、木钩，如果使用者赤脚或穿袜在地板上行走，就容易被地板的木刺或木钩刺到脚或抅住丝袜，从而影响了地板的使用，而且受热容易变形，不防潮。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的缺点，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种表层平整的适合赤脚或穿袜行走的且受热不易变形和防潮的压边地板。
为了解决上述技术问题，根据本实用新型所提供的一种压边地板，由多层木板胶合而成，并在地板表面拼接处的地板边为钝角边，即地板横截面的地板边呈钝角，并且钝角顶为圆弧形；在地板表面拼接处设置平底沟槽。
本实用新型提供的压边地板，由于在地板表面拼接处设置平底沟槽，所以易于清理沟槽内的灰尘；由于拼接处的地板边采用了圆弧形钝角边，避免了细小的木刺或木钩的出现，使用者就能赤脚或穿袜在地板上舒适地行走，再也不会刮伤丝袜了，且受热不易变形和防潮的压边地板，还具有绿色环保功能。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示，在本实用新型的实施例中，一种压边地板1，它由多层木板胶合而成。在地板表面拼接处的地板边为105°锐角边2，即地板横截面的地板边呈度数为105°的锐角，并且锐角顶为圆弧形R为2mm；在地板表面拼接处设置平底沟槽3。
在本实用新型的其它实施例中，拼接处的地板边的角2的度数也可是50°至140°。
参见图2所示，在本实用新型的实施例中的压边地板1，先用锯片开成“V”形沟，然后用压沟机器的压轮4将地板压成地板边为钝角边、钝角顶为圆弧形R、拼接处设有平底沟槽的压边地板。

Claims (3)

1、一种R型压槽边地板，其特征是，它由多层木板胶合而成；在地板表面拼接处的地板边为钝角边，并且钝角顶为圆弧形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的压槽边地板，其特征是，在地板表面拼接处设置平底沟槽。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的压槽边地板，其特征是，所述的地板边的角的度数为50°到140°。
