本实用新型的墨水瓶盖(1)呈凹形，在其内侧底部安装一根长度略大于墨水瓶盖(1)高度的T形塑料棒(3)。使用时，打开墨水瓶盖(1)后若发现墨水瓶口有墨水薄膜，就将墨水瓶盖(1)对准瓶口压下去，因为T形塑料棒(3)的长度略大于墨水瓶盖(1)的高度，所以被刺破的墨水薄膜所溅出的小墨水珠被墨水瓶盖(1)挡在墨水瓶内。
