本实用新型公开了一种用于直线驱动的电致伸缩器,由节杆单元串接组成,在节杆单元之间设有弹性体且两个相邻的节杆单元由弹性体连接,节杆单元由线圈和磁芯组成,线圈设在磁芯上。与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:本实用新型是一种在电的作用下引起形变产生伸缩效应,将电量转化为机械量的直线驱动器,能较好地实现直线位移和驱动力。本实用新型采用电磁力和弹力组合的形式和结构,能在电磁力作用下收缩、在弹力作用下复位,且具有可靠的强度和良好的工艺性,其重量轻、结构简单、操作方便。

                        技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于直线驱动的电致伸缩器。
                        背景技术
现有技术中的直线驱动器有直线电动机、压电驱动器和磁致伸缩器等。
直线电动机是将旋转电动机的定子和转子以及气隙展开成直线状使电能直接转换成直线机械运动的一种推力装置,它可以采用交流电源,直流电源或脉冲电源等各种电源进行工作。经过计算发现,当作用力、位移相同时,多级电致伸缩器的自重和体积,有可能大大小于直线电动机的自重和体积。
压电材料包括压电陶瓷、压电薄膜、压电聚合物和压电复合材料等。目前压电陶瓷是使用比较普遍的一种。压电驱动器的特点之一是几乎可以作成任何需要的形状和大小,并且可以选择其极化方向。还可以通过改变其化学组成改变其各方面的性能。但存在的缺点是:(1)压电陶瓷脆性较大,受拉压时容易断裂。(2)所有压电材料都有一定程度的非线性、蠕变和磁滞性。(3)压电驱动器的位移量小(亚微米级),常用于传感器。
磁性体的外部一旦加上磁场,则磁性体的外形尺寸会发生变化(Jouleeffect-焦耳效应),这种现象成为磁致伸缩现象。磁致伸缩器的特点是:(1)应变量ε很小(10-5-10-6)(2)需要强大的外部磁场。
                        发明内容
本实用新型提供一种用于直线驱动的类筋型电致伸缩器,具有自重轻、结构简单、操作方便的优点。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种用于直线驱动的电致伸缩器,由节杆单元串接组成,在节杆单元之间设有弹性体且两个相邻的节杆单元由弹性体连接,节杆单元由线圈和磁芯组成,线圈设在磁芯上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
本实用新型是一种在电的作用下引起形变产生伸缩效应,将电量转化为机械量的直线驱动器,能较好地实现直线位移和驱动力。本实用新型采用电磁力和弹力组合的形式和结构,能在电磁力作用下收缩、在弹力作用下复位,且具有可靠的强度和良好的工艺性,其重量轻、结构简单、操作方便。
将本实用新型应用于驱动仿生扑翼飞行器的扑翼运动时,因其一缩一伸,与生物的筋脉类似,可以形象地称其为“人造筋”。用本实用新型驱动仿生翼,其特点是:
1)在谐振条件下可用较小的驱动力,翼的拍动幅值较小,经过多次拍动,能量累积后,拍动幅值将会增大,此时的惯性力将为弹力所平衡,而电磁驱动力则与拍翼产生的阻力相平衡。这一特性可称之为“软启动”。与“硬启动”相比,其优点是:既减小了驱动器的启动功率,又减小了整个系统的冲击载荷。
2)当驱动两翼的电致伸缩器所施加的电压不同时,可使两翼拍动幅值不同,从而实现不同的飞行动作,如转向、翻转等,故具有较高的灵活性。

                      具体实施方式
一种用于直线驱动的电致伸缩器,由节杆单元串接组成,在节杆单元之间设有弹性体1且两个相邻的节杆单元由弹性体1连接,节杆单元由线圈2和磁芯3组成,线圈2设在磁芯3上,上述弹性体1可以是橡胶弹簧,也可以是其它非金属可变形体,节杆单元与弹性体1之间的连接可以采用胶接的方法来实现。

1、一种用于直线驱动的电致伸缩器,其特征在于由节杆单元串接组成,在节杆单元之间设有弹性体(1)且两个相邻的节杆单元由弹性体(1)连接,节杆单元由线圈(2)和磁芯(3)组成,线圈(2)设在磁芯(3)上。
