颈椎疾病是中老年人的多发病、常见病，45岁以上的人群中约占50％的人具有颈椎病症状和放射学改变，对人类健康造成严重威胁。目前治疗颈椎病除吃药、医院牵引治疗和动手术外，近几年来出现了应用现代电子技术与祖国传统中医学相结合治疗颈椎病的方法，如应用多种频率及波形的低频电脉冲刺激颈部肌肉，使之出现被动规律性收缩性运动，以改善颈部血液循环，消除组织水肿，取得了不错的治疗效果。中国专利ZL98240833.1公开了一种“微电脑颈椎治疗仪”，包括自然牵引磁疗软枕、红外线热敷罩、导电电极板、自粘式磁疗导电头以及电子线路，电子线路由控制电路和波形、频率发生器以单片机电路为核心构成，还包括低失真调幅器电路，中频放大输出电路，峰值电流表电路及输出过流保护电路、电源及超压保护电路、自动控温电路，语音电路。该治疗仪采用中低频电脉冲刺激颈部肌肉作为主要治疗手段，虽然患者无刺痛感，感觉较舒服，但不能起较好治疗效果，有治疗功效的电脉冲频率主要分布在0～200Hz波段上，因此中频电脉冲的治疗效果并不好，而且其采用的电极是用自粘电极固定在皮肤上的，很容易脱落，不能贴紧皮肤，对治疗效果影响很大。

本实用新型的工作原理是：将附有导电电极板的束带固定于颈部，用充气装置为气囊充气，气囊充气后膨胀，导电电极板受所述充气气囊的压迫紧贴于人体颈部上，不会松脱。这种结构可以使导电电极板与皮肤密切接触，电刺激准确到位，而且可以使用面积较大的，无法用不干胶固定的导电电极板，治疗面积大，疗效更好。另外充气气囊具有牵引作用，可以让治疗中的患者自由行动，使患者可以随时随地进行治疗而不影响其工作和学习，比传统的牵引软枕更加方便。
本实用新型的有益效果是：体积小、携带使用方便，疗效好，可以增加脑部血液循环，改善人的精神状态，能有效治疗颈椎病、骨质增生、头痛、头晕、失眠和颈肩部疼痛等疾病。

参见附图1，一种微电脑颈椎治疗仪，包括由单片机控制的低频电脉冲发生电路3和导电电极板2，导电电极板2分为两个独立部分，分别与低频电脉冲发生电路3的正负极连接。所述导电电极板2固定在一根绕患者颈部固定的束带1，束带1内设有一个可充气的气囊，该气囊与充气装置5连接。所述导电电极板2受束带1内气囊的压迫紧贴于人体颈部上，气囊的长度以使用时不压迫人体颈部两侧颈动脉窦为宜。束带1可由纺织材料制成，导电电极板2固定于纺织材料上，两端设有尼龙搭扣4，束带1内放置有一个充气气囊，
使用时将束带1束于患者颈部，并用尼龙搭扣4固定，再用充气装置5给气囊充气，气囊充气后膨胀，可以使导电电极板2紧贴于患处；然后低频电脉冲发生电路3的正负极引线接到导电电极板2上，就可以进行治疗了。
