Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种圣诞树的LED发光装置，提高发光色彩变化的多样性，包括底座和树干，所述底座内设置供电装置，树干上设置发光LED簇，树干和底座之间设置插拔连接装置，供电装置和发光LED簇之间实现电连接。由于本实用新型使用了低压供电的LED发光装置，可以节约大量的电能；同时LED为冷光源，不会产生大量的热量，消除了火灾隐患的困扰；由于是偏低压供电，更近一步提高了定全系数，使用LED装置可以使发光装置的体积大大缩小，进而可以引入遥控装置进行遥控控制。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED发光装置，特别是一种用于圣诞树的LED发光装置。
背景技术
圣诞节时圣诞树以其漂亮、美丽来烘托节日的气氛，所以不仅在西方基督教社会具有市场，在东方国家也已经大量的使用，其应用目的在于设置环境，提高气氛。而不论什么场合圣诞树都是要求具有发光效果的，一般的圣诞树都是不带光源发光的，随着产品更新换代，后来人们普遍使用电光源作为圣诞树的光源，而普通的电光源，如白炽灯、卤素灯、日光灯等都是热光源，其在发光的同时会产生大量的热量，如不及时排除会引起火灾。同时这些光源电能消耗大，使用寿命短，必须及时更换。而且同时需要加装散热装置，光线控制装置等，使整体结构复杂，占用空间大，用于圣诞树时效果不很理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种圣诞树的LED发光装置，其不仅使用寿命长、安全可靠，且体积小，容易控制，可以实现遥控的效果。
本实用新型圣诞树的LED发光装置，包括底座和树干，所述底座内设置供电装置，树干上设置发光LED簇，树干和底座之间设置插拔连接装置，供电装置和发光LED簇之间实现电连接。
所述底座内还设有遥控接收装置和手动控制装置，分别用于遥控和手动控制。
所述圣诞树的树干至少是两段树干，每段树干上都设有发光LED簇，两段树干之间通过插拔连接，使供电装置分别与每段树干的发光LED簇电连接。
所述底座中央设有插孔，用于下段树干的下端插入，下段树干上端设有插孔，用于上段树干下端插入，各插拔连接部位分别设有电连接插头。
所述底座中央设有插孔与下段树干的下端之间，下段树干上端设有的插孔与上段树干的下端之间各设置电器插拔装置，用于连通供电装置与发光LED簇。
由于本实用新型使用了低压供电的LED发光装置，更进一提高了安全系数，可以节约大量的电能，同时LED为冷光源，不会产生大量的热量，消除了火灾隐患的困扰，使用LED装置可以使发光装置的体积大大缩小，进而可以引入遥控装置进行遥控控制，使用遥控装置时，方便、快捷。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的圣诞树的LED发光装置包括底座、下段树干和上段树干。
如图1、2所示，其中的底座由座底1和座盖10构成，在座底1和座盖10之间的空间内设置了活动的抽屉4，该活动的抽屉4上设置了供电控制电路模块5，该供电控制电路模块5可以随抽屉的拉出而露出，便于修理更换。而该供电控制电路模块5则是通过连接螺钉7与抽屉4的底板连接的，同时在抽屉4的后部设置有抽屉弹簧9，用于弹出抽屉。在抽屉的前部设有抽屉开关2，用于控制抽屉的状态。
在座盖10的中间设有圆形的凹孔，在该圆形的凹孔内设置了电连接插座14，该电连接插座14通过导线6与供电控制电路模块5连接。该电连接插座14则通过螺钉8与座盖10的本体连接。在本实施例中，供电控制电路模块5可通过导线与位于抽屉外面的控制旋钮3电连接，以实现手动控制功能。另外还在供电控制电路模块5中设置遥控接收装置，通过设置在抽屉面板上的遥控接收孔12接收遥控信号，进行遥控控制。
底座的座底1和座盖10则通过柱状连接装置13固定连接为一个整体。为增加本实用新型稳定效果，可以在底座的四角分别设置支撑脚，而支撑脚与底座之间通过设置在底座上的滑槽11实现连接。
如图3所示，下段树干有外套24和内套25，其中外套24的底部通过螺钉16固定设置有底板15，底板15上安装电连接插头17，在该底板15的上侧安装设置有发光LED簇总成21，其是在印刷电路板上紧密排列多数个发光LED单体。该LED簇总成通过螺钉22与下段树干固定连接，同时在LED簇的上侧设置有灯罩20，并在LED总成21和插头17之间设置导线19，以实现电连接。而外套24的底部略向内收紧，用于插入底座的中央凹孔内。
在内套25上则设置有用于插装树枝的下段树干钢管26。内套25内则设有与上段树干连接的凹孔，并在该凹孔内设置电连接插座28，该电连接插座28通过螺钉27固定。该电连接插座28通过导线23与位于底板15上的上段树干供电装置18连接。
如图4所示，所述的上段树干设有外套35，该外套35下端设置成内收状态，用于插入下段树干的上部凹孔内。并在该外套35的底部设置电连接插头29，并在其上侧设置发光LED簇总成33，该发光LED簇总成33通过导线31与插头29连接，而该发光LED簇总成33是通过螺钉32固定在上段树干上的，在发光LED簇总成33上的上侧也设有灯罩34。另外还设有上段树干内套36和上段树干钢管37，上段树干内套36可以继续向上再设置树干，而钢管37则可以插设圣诞树树枝，以形成圣诞树样态。
本实用新型在使用时，首先设置好底座，接着将下段树干的下端插入底座的凹孔内，同时实现了插座14和插头17的电连接，接着再将上段树干的下端插入下段树干的上段的凹孔内，同时实现插座28和插头29的电连接。从而使上下两段树干中的LED簇总成均与供电控制电路模块5电连接，这时再在各段树干的钢管上插挂装饰性树枝，便形成了圣诞树样态。如果给底座供电，并通过手动控制装置3的控制，便可以实现圣诞树的发光效果。如果配合遥控器进行遥控，也会实现同样的效果。
Claims (5)
1.一种圣诞树的LED发光装置，包括底座和树干，其特征在于：所述底座内设置供电装置，树干上设置发光LED簇，树干和底座之间设置插拔连接装置，发光LED簇与供电装置电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圣诞树的LED发光装置，其特正在于：所述底座内还设有遥控接收装置和手动控制装置，分别用于遥控和手动控制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圣诞树的LED发光装置，其特正在于：所述圣诞树的树干至少是两段树干，两段树干之间通过插拔连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的圣诞树的LED发光装置，其特正在于：所述底座中央设有插孔，用于下段树干下端插入，下段树干上端设有插孔，用于上段树干下端插入。
5.根据权利要求4所述的圣诞树的LED发光装置，其特正在于：所述底座中央设有插孔与下段树干的下端之间，下段树干上端设有的插孔与上段树干的下端之间各设置电器插拔装置，用于连通供电装置与发光LED簇。
