Abstract
本实用新型是一种多功能电度表集装表箱，其方法是在表箱的上部安有四个接线柱，电源电缆进线(35mm2及以上)和三相四线电度表进线用铜铝接线端子分别连接到接线柱上，电度表的进线分别用红、绿、黄、黑，Φ6mm 2单股铜芯塑料线进入，各表电流进线A、B、C、N分别从接线柱上A、B、C、N并接，并用铜端子压紧锡焊，表的出线直接通过空气开关到户，表的进出线分别用各色导线连接，不易混淆，布置整齐。

本实用新型涉及居民生活用电的计量管理和安全用电，还具备安装方便的电度表集装箱。
背景技术
目前，常用电表箱为铁皮箱和塑料阻燃箱，铁皮箱箱内安装前没布任何线路，锈蚀严重；塑料阻燃箱为单个表位，布线只能串线，用塑料膨胀管固定，易堕落，易破碎，人工抄表不易看清数字，并装接繁杂，材料浪费多，占墙面大。
发明内容
为了克服常用电度表集装箱损坏严重，装接麻烦，浪费人力物力的不足，本实用新型提供集装箱。出厂前箱内设备布线已安装完毕，只需安装固定和布置进出线。
本实用新型解决技术方案是：选用不锈钢或PUC塑钢表箱内设一块绝缘板，在装设前，取出绝缘板，在绝缘板上方布置四个φ12×50穿板铜满丝螺丝，正面分别为A，B，C三相电源火线和一个零线，反面压电度表的进线，在板的正面还装三相四线电度表，继电器接触器，(普通型不需装继电接触器)和漏电保护开关。
表箱分上下两格，两侧钻为430的孔，内装设一块绝缘板，板上装连接电源进线和电度表进线的φ12×50mm四个铜穿螺丝，其正面装所需电度表和预备表位，电度表下装继电接触器，下格装漏电保护开关，绝缘板的背面是电度表进线并联压在背面铜接线柱上，电度表火线引出压在接触器上触点，下触点引线到漏电保护开关上端头，下端头直接连入用户。即绝缘板正面装设固定设备，背面布置二次线，各自连线对应穿孔导出导入，装接完毕后扣一绝缘板用螺丝固定，表箱安装时只需上四个对称φ12×100膨胀螺丝固定，分别引入电源线和用户进线即可。
表箱形状为长方体，尺寸按所装表位多少而定，分上下两格，上层送电方管理，内装电源进线，电度表接触器等，上门多为单开(表位多可双门或多门加封上锁，门对应的电度表显示牌地方有透明层和磁卡插口。表箱下层装漏电短路开关，门锁为随手关锁，便于用户开启。
本实用多功能电度表集装箱的选材、线路布置、设备安装一次到位，结构紧凑，经久耐用，易安装，满足用户负荷需求，便于用电管理。

具体实施方式
在绝缘板(18)背面上方固定A(5)，B(6)，C(7)，N(8)四个φ12×50铜螺丝，电度表(9)进线(采用φ6mm单股铜芯线)A相(13)(红色)，B相(13)(黄色)，C相(13)(绿色)，N相零线(16)(黑色)，按表位多少并联用铜接线端子压接锡焊分别压接在(5)，(6)，(7)，(8)铜螺丝上，(如图1，A相为例，共8根电表进线)，电度表(9)出线分别对应压接在保护开关(11)上端点，如果远程抄表类，那么，电度表(9)出线应接在继电接触器(10)上端点，(10)下端点压在保护开关(11)上端点，然后把绝缘板(18)扣在表箱内并用螺丝固定，集表箱使用时，先把表箱固定在墙体上，由一根三相四线电缆线电源进线(不少于35mm2)铝接线端子分别固定在(5)，(6)，(7)，(8)铜螺丝上，用户进线(12)连接到用电点，送电即可使用。
Claims (4)
1.一种多功能电度表集装表箱，内绝缘板、铜螺丝双面接线柱、电度表、继电接触器、漏电短路保护开关顺序压接，其特征是铜螺丝正面与电源线连接，背面与电度表进线相连，电度表出线与继电接触器上端点相连，继电接触器下端点与漏电保护开关上端点相连，其下端点与用户进线相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能电度表集装表箱，其特征是绝缘板正面装设电度表接触器，保护开关，背面是所装设备二次布线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能电度表集装表箱，其特征是：表箱内双面铜螺丝正面为电源进线压接点，背面是电度表并联进线铜端点压接锡焊连接点。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多功能电度表集装表箱，其特征是：二次线分红，绿，黄，黑四色分别代表A，B，C三相和N零线和备有进出线标记。
