本实用新型涉及橱柜、办公家具及家居用的卷帘门，提供一种用于橱柜的铝合金卷帘门，其有一卷轴，一卷帘轴连接件平行固定连接于卷轴的侧边，用耳形塑料板将若干块设有扣耳槽的铝合金板条连接组成卷帘体，卷帘体的中央或末端用耳形塑料板至少连接有一块拉手铝合金板条，用耳形塑料板将卷帘体与卷帘轴连接件连接，一块末端板通过耳形塑料板与卷帘体连接。通过卷轴固定件和导轨将上述铝合金卷帘门安装在橱柜上使用。本实用新型结构合理，组装容易，可以按需要组装成不同长度和宽度的卷帘，安装使用十分方便。

背景技术
现有的厨柜、办公家具及家居大多数采用传统的平开式门或趟门，平开式门有占据空间大和使用不便的感觉，趟门打开度只有一半，也有使用不便的感觉。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种铝合金卷帘门，其安装在厨柜、办公家具及家居上作柜门使用，具有使用方便和美观大方等优点。
本实用新型可通过如下途径来实现：
一种铝合金卷帘门，由多件型材件连接构成，其特征在于：
有一卷轴；
一卷帘轴连接件平行固定连接于卷轴的侧边，同时在卷轴的两端附近安装有两条渐开线式导板：
用耳形塑料板将若干块设有扣耳槽的铝合金板条连接组成卷帘体；卷帘体的中央或末端用耳形塑料板至少连接有一块设有扣耳槽的拉手铝合金板条；
用耳形塑料板将卷帘体与卷帘轴连接件连接；
一块设有扣耳槽的末端板通过耳形塑料板与卷帘体连接。
使用时，通过卷轴固定件和导轨将上述铝合金卷帘安装在厨柜上。
本实用新型结构台理，组装容易，可以按需要组装成不同长度和宽度的卷帘，安装使用也十分方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-9所示、本实用新型提供了一种用于厨柜的铝合金卷帘门，
其有一卷轴6(如图7所示)；
一卷帘轴连接件1(如图7和图1所示)平行固定连接于卷轴6的侧边，同时在卷轴1的两端附近安装有两条渐开线式导板7；
用设有凸耳21的耳形塑料板2(如图2所示)将若干块设有扣耳槽31的铝合金板条3(如图3所示)连接组成卷帘体；卷帘体的末端用耳形塑料板2连接有一块设有扣耳槽41的拉手铝合金板条4(如图4和图6所示所示)；
用耳形塑料板2将卷帘体与卷帘轴连接件1连接(如图6所示)；
一块设有扣耳槽51的末端板5通过耳形塑料板2与卷帘体连接(如图6所示)。
使用时，通过卷轴固定件(图中未示)和导轨8将上述铝合金卷帘门安装在厨柜上(如图9所示)。

Claims (2)

1.一种铝合金卷帘门，由多件型材件连接构成，其特征在于：
其有一卷轴(6)；
一卷帘轴连接件(1)平行固定连接于卷轴(6)的侧边，同时在卷轴(1)的两端附近安装有两条渐开线式导板(7)；
用设有凸耳(21)的耳形塑料板(2)将若干块设有扣耳槽(31)的铝合金板条(3)连接组成卷帘体；
卷帘体的中部或末端用耳形塑料板(2)连接有至少一块设有扣耳槽(41)的拉手铝合金板条(4)；
用耳形塑料板(2)将卷帘体与卷帘轴连接件(1)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金卷帘，其特征在于：
一块设有扣耳槽(51)的末端板(5)通过耳形塑料板(2)与卷帘体连接。
