本实用新型涉及一种橡胶密封条。尤其是涉及一种兼具内装饰效果的橡胶密封条。主要用汽车起密封兼具内装饰作用。属密封件技术领域。
背景技术：
随着汽车等行业的飞速发展，人们对汽车的追求除了外型美观、经济实用之外，更注重于内装饰。而传统的汽车橡胶密封条是由单层橡胶注塑成型。其表面粗糙不美观。只能单纯起到密封作用。而不兼具有内装饰效果。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种在具有密封作用的同时兼具备内装饰效果的橡胶密封条。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种兼具内装饰效果的橡胶密封条，它是在橡胶密封条本体的局部外表面上复合一层针织织物热熔带胶。
所述的针织织物热熔带胶是在针织织物带材内表面涂覆一层热熔胶膜。复合后的针织织物热熔带胶表面不起皱，平整度好，装饰效果好。
这样，橡胶密封条本体可以起到密封作用，局部表面的针织织物热熔带胶又可以起到内装饰作用。

参见图1，本实用新型涉及一种兼具内装饰效果的橡胶密封条，它是在橡胶密封条本体1的局部外表面11上复合一层针织织物热熔带胶2。
参见图2，针织织物热熔带胶2是在针织织物带材21内表面直接涂覆一层热熔胶膜22。
制作上述橡胶密封条时，先将橡胶密封条本体需复合针织织物热熔带胶的局部外表面作清理处理，再将针织织物热熔带胶与处理过的外表面复合成型。

1、一种兼具内装饰效果的橡胶密封条，其特征在于它是在橡胶密封条本体(1)的局部外表面(11)上复合一层针织织物热熔带胶(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具内装饰效果的橡胶密封条，其特征在于针织织物热熔带胶(2)是在针织织物带材(21)内表面涂覆一层热熔胶膜(22)。
