本实用新型的目的是提供一种易于开启，且便于展览使用的竹简包装盒，以克服现有技术的不足。本实用新型为一长方型盒体，盒体上部是抽拉的盒盖，盒体上边缘内侧有槽，与抽拉盒盖配合，在盒盖的端部安装有磁铁，同时，在盒体上与盒盖吻合的位置设置有铁块，用以使盖、盒吸合。这种结构的包装盒，易于开启，且方便展览和展示。
