Abstract

本实用新型为一种可携式无线终端装置,包含一无线主机与一无线鼠标笔,该无线鼠标笔可于一平面操作并无线发讯光标控制信号至该无线主机,该无线鼠标笔包含笔杆、电路板及光标控制机构,该笔杆为一中空杆体,而该电路板安装于该笔杆内部,且该电路板实施一鼠标电路与一无线电发射电路,使该鼠标电路产生的信号由该无线电发射电路发出;光标控制机构安装于该笔杆的前端开口内,并电气连接前述电路板以致能其鼠标电路的运作,以达到本实用新型目的与功效。

可携式无线终端装置
技术领域
本实用新型是有关一种具有无线鼠标笔的可携式无线终端装置,具有可无线发讯光标控制信号至一笔记本电脑,或以手写功能的操作用于一个人数字助理装置(Person Digital Assistant,PDA)。
背景技术
请参考现有笔记本电脑10设置有手写板或触控板14的立体图,如图1A所示,主要包含:屏幕11、键盘12及座体13等模块,其中:前述屏幕11及座体13是以铰链装置连结为一体;前述键盘12设置于前述座体13上;前述座体13上设有一触控板14,并由使用者的手指触碰前述触控板14而感测手指的位移,将位移信号传至笔记本电脑10,以控制屏幕11的光标位置。
接着请参考现有个人数字助理(PDA)装置20设置有触控窗口23的立体图,如图1B所示,主要包含:壳体21、屏幕22、触控窗口23及功能键24,其中:前述屏幕22设有一中文字输入区25;前述触控窗口23设有一英文字输入区26及数字输入区27,其中由一触控笔,在输入资料时,依所欲输入的字型在特定输入位置区以触控笔以手写板功能来逐字输入文字资料,达到资料输入的功能。
现有笔记本电脑虽设置有触控板可控制其光标位置,但使用者仍倾向于熟悉手持式鼠标装置的操作方式,造成往往使用者会多携带另一鼠标装置外接笔记本电脑以配合操作,因此,使得手写板或触控板的利用率降低,而失去设置的意义且衍生笔记本电脑的操作上形成虚设的缺点,此外个人数字助理装置本身并没有桌上型或笔记本电脑所使用的键盘,且个人数字助理装置的外型以轻、薄、短、小为诉求,当使用者在进行资料输入时,仅能利用触控窗口上特定范围的输入区以手写板功能来逐字输入文字资料,此种方式缩限文字书写范围,让使用者输入不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在提供一种具有无线鼠标笔的可携式无线终端装置,该无线鼠标笔便于操作于一平面并无线发讯光标控制信号至一无线主机,如笔记本电脑或个人数字助理装置。
达到上述目的的具有无线鼠标笔的可携式无线终端装置包含一无线主机,如笔记本电脑或个人数字助理装置,该无线主机可无线收讯并设有一开槽作为容置前述无线鼠标笔,且该无线鼠标笔,包含:一笔杆,为一长条中空杆体,且该笔杆至少有一端设有一开口;一电路板,安装固定于前述笔杆内部,该电路板上安装有电池,且该电路板实施一鼠标电路与一无线电发射电路,并由无线电发射电路将鼠标电路产生的光标控制与鼠标按键信号以无线电发出;一光标控制机构,安装固定于笔杆的前端开口,并电气连接前述电路板以致能鼠标电路的运作,该光标控制机构可感应笔杆前端的位移量而使鼠标电路产生光标控制信号。

具体实施方式
首先请参考图2A,为显示本实用新型具有无线鼠标笔的可携式无线终端装置应用于笔记本电脑30的示意图。在本实施例中,本实用新型笔记本电脑30具有的无线鼠标笔,该笔呈一笔状而便于握持书写的动作,且可无线发讯光标控制信号,该无线鼠标笔100的笔身侧边凸设多个按键,以当作鼠标按键功能。在较佳实施例中,该无线鼠标笔100的笔身侧边的按键为一滚轮按键,可由滚轮的动作进一步提供一般键盘的Page Up与Page Down的指令功能。
本实用新型可携式无线终端装置包含一无线主机,在本实施例中,该无线主机实施为具有无线接收功能的笔记本电脑30。该笔记本电脑30配备无线鼠标笔1 00作为光标控制器,因此,该笔记本电脑30可移除触控手写板,而获得更多的空间配置。该笔记本电脑30包含:屏幕31、键盘32及座体33等模块,其特征在于:前述屏幕31设有一开槽34,该开槽34为置放前述无线鼠标笔100,而前述屏幕31及座体33以铰链装置连结一体;前述键盘32设置于前述座体33上的一侧;前述座体33在移除触控手写板后可获得设置扬声器35的空间,此为一例示的实施例。
当欲操作笔记本电脑30时,将前述无线鼠标笔100自前述笔记本电脑的开槽34取出,于任一平面上滑动由其无线通讯传输光标控制信号至笔记本电脑30,即可无线操作该笔记本电脑30系统的光标位置,进而可便于手写操作输入。
接着请参考图2B,为显示本实用新型具有无线鼠标笔的可携式无线终端装置应用于个人数位助理装置40的示意图。在本实施例中,本实用新型个人数位助理装置40具有无线鼠标笔100,该笔呈一笔状而便于握持书写的动作,该具有无线鼠标笔的可携式终端装置100的笔身侧边凸设多个按键,以当作鼠标按键功能。在较佳实施例中,该具有无线鼠标笔的可携式终端装置100的笔身侧边的按键为一滚轮按键,可由滚轮的动作进一步提供一般键盘的Page Up与PageDown的指令功能。
本实用新型可携式无线终端装置包含一无线主机,在本实施例中,该无线主机实施为具有无线接收功能的个人数位助理装置40。该个人数位助理装置40配备无线鼠标笔100,使其手写输入功能可由该无线鼠标笔100实施,而不必局限使用其触控窗口43的范围内。前述个人数位助理装置40,包含:一壳体41、屏幕42、触控窗口43及功能键44,其特征在于:前述壳体41上方设有一开槽45,该开槽45为置放无线鼠标笔100;前述屏幕42、触控窗口43及功能键44置于前述壳体41上。
当欲操作个人数位助理装置40时,将前述无线鼠标笔100可自前述个人数位助理装置40的开槽45取出,以手写方式操作于任一平面上,而输入资料并由无线通讯传输光标控制信号至个人数位助理装置40,即可便于该个人数位助理装置40的手写操作。
请参考图3,为显示本实用新型无线鼠标笔100的电路方块图。该无线鼠标笔包含按键单元50、位移侦测单元51、接口电路52、编码单元53及射频发射器54与天线55,当无线鼠标笔100操作时,位移侦测单元51会感测使用者操作无线鼠标笔100的位移而产生位移信号,该接口电路52接收位移信号并侦测按键单元50的按键信号加以转换为电子信号,经编码单元53编码由射频发射器54无线发讯,将位移信号与按键信号传回无线主机。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,该无线鼠标笔100可为一光电式无线鼠标装置,而位移侦测单元51实施为光电式位移侦测单元,利用电射光的反射方式以感测无线鼠标笔100在一平面上的移动。
请参考图4,为显示本实用新型无线鼠标笔具体实施例的侧视剖面图。本实用新型无线鼠标笔100,包含:一笔杆60,为一长条中空杆体,且该笔杆60至少有一端设有一开口;一电路板61,安装固定于前述笔杆60内部,该电路板61上安装有电池62,且该电路板61实施包含一鼠标电路与一无线电发射电路的功能,如图3所示电路方块图,由无线电发射电路将鼠标电路产生的光标控制与鼠标按键信号以无线电发讯;一光标控制机构63,安装固定于笔杆60的前端开口,并电气连接前述电路板61以致能鼠标电路的运作,该光标控制机构63可感应笔杆60前端的位移量而使鼠标电路产生光标控制信号。
在本实用新型的该实施例中,该光标控制机构63可为机械式位移传感器,包含:一球体与二相互垂直配置的靠轮,该球体与二靠轮间相对位置配置于一小型电路板上,使球体滚动可在垂直方向上滚动二靠轮,而靠轮的一端设有栅轮,并配合光耦合组件以侦测靠轮的转动。此光耦合组件输出的信号被传送至鼠标电路当作光标控制信号。在本实用新型的另一实施例中,该光标控制机构63可为光学式位移传感器,包含:一发光组件与一光接收组件,利用光学方式侦测笔杆60前端的位移,此技术对熟悉该项技术者可轻易完成,将光学式位移传感器作为光标控制机构63安装固定于笔杆60的前端开口。

Claims (6)

1、一种可携式无线终端装置,其特征在于,包含:
一无线主机,具有无线收讯模块,该无线主机设置一开槽;以及
一无线鼠标笔,可容置于前述开槽,包含:
一笔杆,为一中空杆体;
一电路板,安装固定于前述笔杆内部,该电路板实施包含一鼠标电路与一无线电发射电路的功能;以及
一光标控制机构,安装于该笔杆的前端,并电气连接前述电路板以致能鼠标电路的运作产生光标控制信号,使该无线电发射电路将光标控制信号以无线电发讯至前述无线主机。
2、如权利要求1所述的可携式无线终端装置,其特征在于:该光标控制机构为机械式位移传感器。
3、如权利要求1所述的可携式无线终端装置,其特征在于:该光标控制机构为光学式位移传感器。
4、如权利要求1所述的可携式无线终端装置,其特征在于:前述无线鼠标笔包含多个按键,该按键设于笔身侧边且电气连接至前述电路板,该无线电发射电路将按键信号以无线电发讯至前述无线主机。
5、如权利要求1所述的可携式无线终端装置,其特征在于:前述无线主机为具有无线接收功能的笔记本电脑。
6、如权利要求1所述的可携式无线终端装置,其特征在于:前述无线主机为具有无线接收功能的个人数字助理装置。
