Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种通信线缆分线箱结构，且更具体地涉及一种箱盖凸块定位装置。它由一组相匹配的凸块和挡块结构，所述凸块设于箱盖上，与凸块相匹配的挡块则设于箱体上。当开启箱盖，并开启至适当部位时，凸块可利用材料本身的弹性变形而轻易地绕过挡块，此时再轻手放开箱盖时，箱盖因凸块受挡块的阻挡而被挡住，即箱盖呈开启状态。当要关闭箱盖时，只需对箱盖稍微施加一点力，同样可利用材料本身的弹性变形而克服了挡块对凸块的阻挡，箱盖即完成关闭过程，从而实现了本实用新型预定的目的。

背景技术
在有线通信的线路敷设过程中，分线箱是一个必不可少的线路器材，但在现有上翻式分线箱技术中，箱盖在自重作用下处于长闭的状态，施工时为了让箱盖能处于开启的状态，常需用一手挡住箱盖不让其下垂，另一手操作，十分不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种施工时能让箱盖锁定于开启状态，施工完又能方便关闭的分线箱结构。
本实用新型是通过下述构思来加以实现的：采用一组相匹配的凸块和挡块结构，所述凸块设于箱盖上，与凸块相匹配的挡块则设于箱体上。
本实用新型的效果是很明显的，当开启箱盖，并开启至适当部位时，利用材料本身的弹性变形，凸块可轻易地绕过挡块，此时再轻手放开箱盖时，箱盖因凸块受挡块的阻挡而被挡住不能下滑，即箱盖呈开启状态。当要关闭箱盖时，只需对箱盖稍微施加一点力，同样利用材料本身的弹性变形，凸块可克服挡块的阻挡而继续回转，即箱盖完成关闭的过程，从而实现了本实用新型预定的目的。

具体实施方式
现结合附图来说明本实用新型实施例的构造：如图2和4所示，一种箱盖凸块定位装置，由包括相匹配的凸块3和挡块4所组成，所述凸块3设于箱盖1上，与凸块3相匹配的挡块4则设于箱体2上。如图1和2所示，当箱盖1开启，并开启至适当部位时，凸块3利用材料本身的弹性变形，可绕过挡块4，此时再放开箱盖1时，箱盖1因凸块3受挡块4的阻挡而被挡住不能下滑，即箱盖1呈开启状态，此时施工者可方便地进行操作。当操作完成需关闭箱盖时，施工者只需对箱盖1稍微施加一点力，同样利用材料本身的弹性变形，凸块3可克服挡块4的阻挡而继续回转，即箱盖1和箱体2完成关闭过程，从而实现了本实用新型预定的目的。

  1. 一种箱盖凸块定位装置，由包括箱盖和箱体组成，其特征在于：定位机构由包括相匹配的凸块(3)和挡块(4)构成，所述凸块(3)设于箱盖(1)上，与凸块(3)相匹配的挡块(4)则设于箱体(2)上。
