高效半导体节能灯,属于照明灯领域,包括灯头、市电输入供电回路,供电回路采用复式全波整流电路,分别具有两组稳定直流电压,其输出端串并联连接多个完全相同的发光二极管,并装配在盒体内。该半导体节能灯具可以明显节能,所消耗的电能将比白炽灯省2至10倍,工作效率高,安全方便,使用寿命长,很有发展前景。

本实用新型属于照明灯领域,特别涉及到一种高效半导体节能灯。
背景技术
半导体节能灯依靠半导体的发光,是指在半导体PN结上,通以正向电流时能发光的半导体显示器件,它的发光芯片通常是用III-V族化合物非本征半导体,通过液相外延、扩散工艺形成PN结,根据掺入不同杂质及浓度,决定发光的峰值波长、量子效率、光强及颜色,就目前来说,发光二极管的发光颜色大致有7种。
由于发光二极管具有寿命长、功耗低、体积小、亮度高、多色显示、工作温度稳定性好,响应时间快等优点,已被广泛的采用。其形式可以分为点发光、组合体发光和字符显示等,现可单支使用,也可串并联使用,用途十分广泛。过去主要作指示灯、数码管、矩阵管,应用在各种仪器、数字化仪表、计算机、汽车仪表、飞机、家用电器、电子玩具等,也可用于光纤通讯、信息处理及自动控制,并可制成显示屏幕。
现今它呈现出更为广阔的应用前景,发光半导体对人类最大的贡献作用将是高效半导体节能灯的应用,可以制成各种照明灯、壁灯,并组装成汽车灯、霓虹灯等,应用电子电路技术做成新型复式全波整流、滤波电路,与发光管之组合体,可构成新一代高效节能达数倍的照明电灯。
随着工业迅速发展,用电量日益巨增,节约用量成为当务之急,因而采用新技术,提高灯的发光效率,将原有照明灯泡、灯管更新换代。经过研究、实验、测试表明,可以实现节省电能(2-10)倍,由于PN结代替钨丝灯进行发光照明,除节能之外,这种灯还具有长寿命效果。
业内有关人士预言,半导体节能灯将最终取代全球家庭和办公室所用的白炽灯和荧光灯,新型白色电光源将改变人们的生活方式,同时也将改变我们节约能源的方式,本实用新型发明的半导体节能灯节省电能将是白炽灯的2至10倍,显然它取代传统白炽灯,这一发明成果的作用将会在未来五至十年中显现,必将明显降低全球能耗。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是,针对已有白炽灯、荧光灯、高压泵灯等多种照明灯具存在着电、光转换效率低、耗能高、安全性差、寿命短,而且污染环境等诸多弊病。本实用新型的目的,在于提供一种高效半导体节能灯,达到本实用新型的目的,是依靠以下技术方案来实现的,一种高效半导体节能灯,包括灯头、市电输入供电回路,其特征在于,供电回路采用复式全波整流电路,分别具有两组稳定直流电压,其输出端串并联连接多个相同的发光二极管,并装配在盒体内。所述多个发光二极管,它可以采用6-60个。根据不同的使用场合取其适当的数目,以构成所需要的发光管组合体。本节能灯的发光部份,外形为长方形或正方形,并有可透光之外罩,整个节能灯做成壁灯以及一般的照明灯具。
本实用新型的有益效果是,该半导体节能灯具可以明显节能,工作效率高,安全性高,使用寿命长,很有发展前景。

具体实施方式
参照图1,表示本节能灯作为壁灯的一种实施例,图2为本节能灯所采用的电子线路,按此线路将该半导体节能灯进行了测试:将15瓦白炽灯(简称A灯),与本节能灯2瓦之发光管组合体(简称B灯),运用精密光学仪器,测量离光源0.3米、0.5米、1米的照度,其单位为勒克斯(Lx),以作比较。详见表一。

实际上,(4-6)m2的厨房或洗手间,采用2瓦或2瓦多的B灯,足够明亮。
分析:用220伏交流电源,直接经过整流,滤波电路,作发光管照明电灯,其功耗约6瓦或6瓦以上,节能灯节能效率被限定在70%左右。在许多场合,难以更进一步节能。
本高效半导体节能灯关键性突破了市电220V峰值电压(约300V)的束缚,采用36V或相应数值的整流器交流电源,使其半导体PN结的工作效率大大提高,进而使其高效半导体节能灯节能效率达2-10倍。

1、一种高效半导体节能灯,包括灯头、市电输入供电回路,其特征在于,供电回路采用复式全波整流电路,分别具有两组稳定直流电压,其输出端串并联连接多个完全相同的发光二极管,并装配在盒体内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的节能灯,其特征在于,所述多个发光二极管,它可以采用6-60个。
